Although we felt the price for a small room with only a king bed was over-priced, the breakfast, evening meal/drinks, cleanliness of rooms and public areas, and friendliness of staff and other guests, made up the difference. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for making our vacation time more pleasant.

This was my families first experience at a Drury inn and we were so pleased with the hot complementary breakfasts, dinners, and three free alcoholic drinks per night, per each person over 21 within our group. Their rooms are huge compared to many other hotels that we have traveled through, and their service was friendly and efficient. Every area was very clean, and the hotel smelled so refreshing every time we would walk back in from a daily outing. They also have a gym, indoor/ outdoor connected pool, and one hot tub to accommodate guests during their stay. While many other hotels simply do away with these services, Drury Inn has found routes of ensuring satisfaction from their guests! We will definitely reconsider booking with them for future travels.

Our family stayed with Drury while we were in town to see a show. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The staff in the dining area were great. So fast and friendly. The bartender was great as well, very friendly and experienced. The evening refreshments really sets Drury apart from others and makes the extra cost worth it. The desk staff were also very kind and professional. The rooms need some updating and maintenance, our shower was broke and the tub would fill with standing water before your shower was complete. Fridge door wouldn't stay closed without force. Other than this our stay was great. We chose a set of rooms that connected so our family could still mingle while in the rooms. Worked out great for our needs.

Our family of five stayed comfortably in the two room deluxe suite with jetted corner tub, separate shower, and sofa bed. The room was clean, large and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The Staff is very friendly. We will stay here again.

Drury Inn continues their excellent service. They have developed ways to protect their guests from Coronavirus while continuing to provide supper and breakfast meals to guests. Staff, as always, is excellent! Bring swim suits, they feature a heated indoor and outdoor pool.

I don't really have anything bad to say about the hotel itself, but I did not feel safe staying in this hotel because there were homeless people wondering around the area and one started following me when I was walking my dog. There were also cigarette butts all over the street and sidewalk and it looked like someone emptied an ashtray there, and there were jacked up pickups and muscle cars drag racing up and down the street. Maybe I live a sheltered life, but I didn't feel comfortable staying there and leaving my car in the lot. The front desk told me they had a security guard in the parking lot, and later I found that Springfield is the most dangerous place in Missouri for like the third or fourth year. I just wish someone else would have written something like this because then I would have kept driving and not spent $250 on a room I didn't use.

I made the reservations on line and at the bottom of the reservation it asked if you want to add some other name to the reservation. I add my best friend who is going with me. I drive 2 hours to meet her, then another 4 hours after work to check into the hotel. I get there give them my name, card etc and they can't find my reservation. Then they don't have any rooms. I went to my car got my phone and the confirmation. Then David, the check in person blames it on whoever made the reservation as they changed the name on the reservation. As he was processing my check in, he said so besides this how is your week treating you. I told him to not do the small talk, I was beyond pissed. He then proceeded to ask why I was so mad. You have your room, I can only look things up by reservation number or name and whoever made the reservation changed the name. Then when we get to the room the toilet over flows. I have been a LOYAL DRURY stayer but this hotel is way below standards. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had issues at this particular location. It most certainly does not live up to the quality and friendliness I have come to expect from the Drury brand. Being from the Cape Girardeau MO area, I know the Drury's well and what the name stands for. Chuck you need to do something and fast.

We have stayed at quite a few Drury Inn's over the years and are always happy with our stay. Clean, sanitary, good food, friendly staff (following Covid-19 rules) and best of all pet friendly. ($35.00 fee) This particular hotel held up to all of those standards. They are a little pricier than some, but if you don't have to leave your hotel for food and drinks it sort of pans out. There are delivery options and restaurants within walking distance. The area outback for your dog to potty is well lit and fenced in on one half. The parking lot is bright and spacious. They have a security guard out watching at night from what I'm told. (Dispensary down the street) The beds are comfortable, lots of pillows, quiet rooms (as long as you aren't near the exit door) and you can temperature control your own room. Drury Inn's are always up to the highest standards.

Every Drury hotel that we have stayed in has offered high quality customer service, building maintenance and security. The free drinks and food in the evening are great for us weary travelers. The beds are comfortable and rooms always very clean. This is our choice hotel in any state that they are offered.

Hello!
We have several COVID 19 precautions at our hotel. We have a mandatory face mask policy so guests are required to wear a facemask anytime they are not in their rooms. Our breakfast and 5:30 Kickback have both been switched to being served in our new Team Serve style (similar to cafeteria style). Pets are accepted at all Drury Hotels, if state and local laws permit. State guidelines for service animals apply, but service animals are free of charge at all Drury Hotels and are welcome in any area frequented by their owners. Rooms with pets (which may only include dogs and cats) will be charged a daily cleaning fee of $15 per room plus tax at all Drury and Pear Tree Inn by Drury hotels. Drury Hotels allows up to two pets per room. Pets are not allowed in any of the public areas of the hotel: dining area, lobby, pool and spa, fitness center, meeting rooms, etc. Pets should be leashed or in a pet carrier when traveling to and from guest room, and they cannot be left alone in guest rooms for more than 30 minutes. This is strictly enforced from 10 pm to 8 am, when they cannot be left alone at all. Housekeeping services will not be provided while pets are left unattended in guest room, and guests will be responsible for any damages or noise complaints pets may cause. At check-in, guests traveling with pets will be asked to read and sign our "Pet Owner Letter.” Pet waste bags are provided to clean up after pets outside.
