Stayed there for 3 nights and we were glad we did. Thanks for good road system, inn is only minutes from just about anywhere in Springfield. Room was fine. Housekeeping (which we didn't use) was attentive and efficient with other rooms without being intrusive. Breakfast: Management responded to pandemic by replacing limited self-serve breakfast with a lady who made & served limited menu. Other amenities: Spouse liked pool and loved spa. I valued being able to use the Fitness Center very much.

I want to say that Jen who checked me in at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. She gave me some bottles of water after I had been traveling for over 12 hours. The room was very clean and nice. I just stopped her on my way home. Due to COVID 19 I didn't get to experience any other amenities of the hotel. Everything looked great in the lobby area. I loved having a room on the 1st floor. The bed and pillows were amazing. I did enjoy having a fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room since I didn't want to go out to have the potential of being exposed to anyone. The only thing that would have been nice was that the vending machine which had some meal choices was working.

Desk staff friendly and helpful when my tv remote didn't work properly. Bed was very comfortable, pillows firm, thermostat worked well. Breakfast had many choices and heating containers had lots of food in them. My floor was very quiet to sleep.

I will gently tell you my experience at this hotel. I made reservations as a Mother/daughter vacation. My son decided to travel with us this year, so I needed a room with 3 beds. I had asked for a suite. When we arrived they said they upgraded me to a better room with a sofa bed. They were going to give us a roll-a-way bed. Somehow that got mixed up. Then we went to our room. The sofa bed was less than a foot from the queen beds and when my son opened it up you could feel the springs. The lamp between the beds was missing a bulb. The office chair was broke. My daughters key card did not work in any door. The coffee pot cord was 2 ft. short of the outlet. I booked all Comfort Inn and Suites direct for our 3 state travel, and this was the worst I have ever experienced! I am not one to complain and I rarely do, but I had to let management know about the room, and what was wrong with it. Management was very helpful and took $20.00 off of my bill, which I was grateful for, and did not expect. If my room was a upgrade, I would not want to book a regular room. I would not stay here again.

Who ever thought that a deep Jacuzzi tub with a high side was a good plan for a handicap room should be shot. Booked a handicap room for my wife and I because she has bad knees. Tub had a high side and was deep so she could not get into it. No shower for her that night. Bed was also high and she had trouble getting into it. Anyone with a wheelchair could not possible use this room. If you book a handicap room here l recommend you look closely before you accept room. We should have done that but it was late and we didn’t notice till we got ready for bed and she tried to get in tub.

This is an older building in the Comfort Inn family, well maintained by CI standards with a great front desk staff. The structure is of wood construction which means foot steps overhead vibrate below (when there is an active child above), and the walls are fairly thin. The AC had a bit of an odor to it. Breakfast was great. Just avoid the room we had (#155), it has a walkway right next to the window. .

Horrible experience! Teens with a group showed up at 10:30, slamming doors, running around the halls and talking loudly. I called the front desk to complain at 11:15. Not sure they did anything because there was no change in the noise level. I couldn’t get to sleep until the teens finally quieted down around 2am. Complained to the front desk in the morning, along with other “guests”, but they didn’t care. In the very least I should have been informed beforehand and allowed to cancel my stay with them. Instead I paid $118 to not get sleep. I could have made it home by 2:00 and saved myself $118. Wish I would have read earlier reviews, we weren’t the first ones to have this same problem.

This was the worst experience I have every had at a hotel. The place was run down people at desk when we checked in could not speak english(go figure). They said there was breakfast which that was a lie.. we use to stay stay at this location alot. But never again at all we were suppose to have the rooms together same floor. We were on different floor the rooms we had smelled of wet dog.just not good furniture stained carpet ripped place just ruined down. Do not waste your money of 144. Dollars on such a place. This is in springfield, mo by i,44 north side. Just huge disappointment 😞

This is a great place to stay. We have been traveling for the weekend, this hotel by far had the best breakfast. Our room was fantastic. Easy to get to from the interstate and quite. When booking here the swimming pool is on the ground floor with the laundry room, so with you want to be close to these two things book the ground floor.

Great room, service and we stayed in Comfort inns our whole trip. Cape Girardeau, Springfield, Jackson and Eureka Springs. Clean, comfortable and breakfasts were great. Check in and out was quick and the desk personnel were polite, professional and accommodating. I had medication that had to be kept cold and they froze my packs overnight for the next days cooler travel.

They do not allow small dogs!
I am so sorry for the delay in response. Though I am logged in nearly everyday, I did not see my message notification. Please accept my sincerest apology.
Unfortunately, we do not have airport transportation. A taxi runs between $20 and $25 from our location. It is a pretty much straight shot from our location. Eight miles to exit 72 and follow the signs.
