Wildwood is unique and a gem. As others have written, if you're fussy about modernity, stay at a chain motel in Cuba. If you want to stay at a charming 1920's lodge with a warm atmosphere, fantastic staff, delicious buffet style home cooking, and beautiful rustic grounds, then stay at Wildwood. The rooms themselves are straight forward and clean. Yes,...

The lodge is very, very old and in need of repairs and upkeep. The rooms are good sized, but with paper-thin walls and doors that don't lock. Bathrooms down the hall. It reminds me of those older motels in state parks. However, that's not why people stay here. It's all about the concert venue that takes place 8 weeks in...

Went to see the Don McClean concert at Wildwood Springs last night, and had a great time. This is a small, intimate venue for a concert. It seats about 250 people and there isn't a bad seat in the house. The system for drawing for seats is fair but kind of quirky, so be sure you check the website and...

We were in for an "adventure" and what an adventure it turned out to be. We booked the full concert package at the lodge. This lodge was built in 1922 and has not been upgraded for your benefit; it is almost as authentic as it was then. Very clean and neat and full of nostalgic things to look at. The...

Well in July as expected it was HoT!! But the breakfast of B&G , bacon, sausage, omelet with veggies (my personal favorite) and Blueberry crumb muffins and much more was amazing. The pool was very nice, plan to catch a Sunset while hanging out in the pool area. They have a very nice hot tub. Antiques and taxidermy everywhere. Smoking...

This lodge has great architecture and history. The pool and hot tub are very good. (Recline poolside at dusk to watch the sunset over the hills, then watch the bats swooping down, and fireflies over the lawn). Breakfast and dinner are included with your stay (and they happily accommodate any special dietary needs you may have). It's a great place...

This was our second Ozark Mountain Daredevils concert at Wildwood. It's a long way for us to travel from Calgary, so unfortunately it's a long time between trips, but definitely worth it. The old lodge is rustic, a little creaky, but absolutely charming. The relaxing atmosphere, food, surrounding grounds, and everything else just adds to the enjoyment of being there....

At first glance the place is very primitive looking, well it is very primitive. I'm sure back in the day it was wonderful. If anyone has been on a float trip in this part of the country they have probably stayed in worse places and there are better places. But, I will tell you the entire event was one of...

I recently stayed at the Wildwood Springs Lodge with my husband. We enjoyed a great concert with the Ozark Mountain Daredevils. Our evening meal was delicious as well as our breakfast the following morning. The staff at the Wildwood Springs Lodge are always friendly and helpful. The laid back atmosphere, great food, terrific concerts and the atmosphere in general always...

This old old old place is such a neat and unique place. Awesome venue for concerts. Just saw Foghat. They keep it to like 200 people and there are couches to sit on. We were asked if we wanted front row seating while we were there by a band member, so awesome!!!! You can choose if u just want to...
