I stay in hotels in Billings often. I was anxious to try C'mon Inn Hotel because a colleague said it was clean. (Though the night she stayed a party of people staying there were noisy...with no hotel intervention). However, clean is important to me. I stayed at C'mon Inn (Billings) this past Saturday night. The room was clean and I was pleased. However, the room was so cold. I went over the thermostat to raise the heat. The heat didn't turn on. I had NO heat (Rm 233) and yet there was a steady column of cold air rising from the floor vent by the window. It was 61 degrees when I checked into the room. I called front desk and he offered empathy, brought me two blankets, changed the batteries on the wall unit, tried to be helpful, but couldn't do much more. I asked him to please leave a note in my record if possible to reflect this issue. He said that I could bring my complaint to the front desk in the morning. (But the next morning the front desk person could do nothing and said to call on Monday.) I asked to be moved to another room for the night but there were no more rooms vacant. He suggested that I put a blanket over the vent. I didn't want to put the blankets on the floor and I needed them myself. So I put two folded towels over the vent. By morning the room reached only 66 degrees. See my picture when it reached 64 degrees. That night I thought I'd at least get a hot shower. It was only warm. The next morning, I kept the sign on the door that showed that I wanted no disturbance. I decided to check out after church so that I could leave my food in the fridge. I headed off to church. When I returned to my room 11:15 am (checkout was 12 NOON) I found that housekeeping had already turned over my room and all of my food was tossed. So much for the sign on the door. The front desk said that in order for action, I needed to talk with a manager. I think they gave me a $15 discount on my bill, but nothing more...that didn't even cover the food I had in the fridge. I called yesterday (Monday) morning to talk with a manager...So far. I have not received a call back and I gave both my cell phone number and my work number.…
tayed here for my birthday before an early morning flight home. i really wanted to love this place. i swam my laps. came back to room to use the jacuzzi. and then the Front desk bangs on my door!!! naked, i have to get out of the jacuzzi, towel dry, put acceptable clothing on. i asked "WHO IS IT" Front Desk. just a minute !! she asked "are you smoking in here?" UMMM NO. told me that Somebody complained that we were smoking in our room!! Ludicrous!! i said COME ON IN and SEE FOR YOURSELF. i think she saw my hubby sleeping naked on the bed. then she said No. and waived off. OK. obviously, KAREN can't tell the difference between wildfire smoke and STEAM. So i will be going back to Hilton. this is BS. Children swimming in jacuzzi and splashing water all over sidewalk with no adult supervision. I’m old and i travel allot. But will not be staying here now. Thanks anyways. sounds like yall welcome COVID People here. who can't smell..... still have received NO Apology.…
This was the kids favorite hotel of the trip by far. They loved the waterfalls and koi pond in the middle of the lobby. Indoor pool was large with a separate baby splash pool. Multiple hot tubs both in the lobby and the pool area. Our rooms opened into the lobby and each room had a small table and chair set so we were able to enjoy some adult time on the "patio" after the kids were in bed. Hot breakfast with the normal hotel fair. Overall great stay.
With 2021 summer travel prices skyrocketing, I was happy to get a decent deal at C'mon inn for a night on my family's cross-country road trip. The property is slightly aged and a tiny bit difficult to find from the road, but my complaints are few. The room was clean. Beds were comfy. My kids enjoyed exploring the courtyard, playing arcade games, and watching the koi pond. At one point I went to the front desk to ask a question and there was no one there for almost ten minutes, but I also understand we're in the middle of a nationwide labor shortage so I won't hold that against them.
Everyone and everything start to finish met or exceeded all expectations. Front desk staff at check in was helpful and informative regarding what was going in in the area. The room was clean, spacious and filled with amenities. I requested a inside room and actually got it - great going everyone. I will continue to stay here every time I come through. Although there are many options for a discounted rate for a stay it would be nice if corporate would offer an additional discount for disabled Veterans and First Responders
