I have never written a negative review before, but I just can't not say anything about the way I was treated at the front desk. I requested a top floor room, when I got to the hotel, the lady told me they had given all the top floor rooms away, I was like okay, no biggie, I'm alright with that. The whole time the lady never said hi, how are you, nothing, just put my paperwork in front of me and started stating all the things I needed to sign, I just kept thinking alright, she must be having a bad night. We all have bad nights. Then, she stated how much it would cost which was much more than I saw when I was booking the room, I simply asked, I thought my room rate was this, "$"? Is there a reason it is much more? She stated back to me very rudely, "idk, you booked on booking.com, I don't work for them". She then told me we would not be getting any room service due to covid. I was blown away by her lack of care, or good customer service (this doesn't sound like much while writing it, but if you were standing there, you would understand how rude she was". I work in customer service and would never speak to someone that way. I got to my room and there is a loud sound like running water that won't go away... I am less than impressed with this hotel and I haven't even been here 1 night. Like I said, I have never posted a bad review and the room not being on the top floor, or even the running water sound that is super annoying wouldn't have caused me to write anything, but the terrible customer service is something I can't get past.

For the price, Kelly Inn Billings is hands down the best option. I wanted a place with a waterslide in the pool area and free breakfast, so that is what I was looking for. I believe there are only 4-5 total places that have a slide and some don't come with breakfast. We stayed there the last weekend of July 2020 and we are heading back to Kelly Inn Billings this weekend. I looked at other options, because I felt it might be fun to try different slides, but it still came down to price for value. It's not worth an extra $40 per night to me. The breakfast is reduced because of the stupid pandemic stuff, but they still had plenty of choices to make it so we didn't have to waste a bunch of time and money on breakfast each morning. There is a Cracker Barrel right next to the property and a convenience store with a large selection of items, sort of cross between a gas station and grocery store.

Imagine our dissapointment when we realized I booked the wrong "kelly inn". Can you believe there's 2 kelly inns at billings? Basically across the freeway from each other? The other one is our favorite best western kelly Inn! Well we found out after a very long day that we were booked at this other kelly inn. So already not happy. The room was clean. There are 2 entrances ,1 from the lobby or from your parking spot, which is kind of nice. The room above us was making a lot of noise until I finally yelled at them to "go to bed" so they did. LOL I know most travelers bring there own toiletries but there weren't any in this room. I didn't think it was a problem until the car was packed to leave and after using the bathroom there's no soap in the room. There is the Seattle best coffee though. Maybe prioritize? It'd not a bad place and it was only $137 with tax for 2 beds ,so economically it's fine. It's right close to cracker barrel, so that's nice.FYI In September 2021 cracker barrel didn't open until 9 a.m.

We stayed here one night and were happy with this place. First, the kids loved the pool. The slide was a winner. It was pretty empty until a large family came in, so we wrapped it up. The room was good for our needs. Next door to the Cracker Barrel. The free beakfast was a little underwhelming, but adequate. Staff were nice.

We had a funeral to go to in Colorado and getting a bereavement discount really helped us afford an extra night to visit relatives in Billings. The hotel was clean and the staff all friendly and helpful.
