Clean, accommodating, welcoming place. Tom was a great check in guy on night shift. Continental breakfast was well supplied. Rooms were very clean and adequately supplied. The room temperature controls were user friendly and reliable.
When we got to the room, there were several pee and poop stains on the toilet and dirty diaper on the toilet lid from the previous guest, and no toilet paper. We called the front desk and the attendant said she will come up in a minute. After half an hour, it was past nine pm and still nobody showed up. We called again, and she was very rude and told us to come and pick up the toilet paper ourselves and didn't mention anything about cleaning the dirty toilet. We ended up getting the cleaning supplies and toilet paper from her and cleaned things ourselves. This front desk attendant is a young brunette white woman.
Was adequate. Served out purpose. My wife and I work in the LDS Billings temple 2 tines a month . Staying here is close to the freeway and a short commute to the Temple. We have begun to recognize staff and them us. Makes it easy.
Was in town for a doctor appointment. The room we got was fine for overnight but the parking lot is not secure. My trunk got broken into and all my son's new school clothes got stolen. Hotel staff basically said they couldn't do anything because we parked directly under the camera in a blind spot. They also told me they're aware of people passing through the property checking car doors and what not!
Boy howdy, what a day. I drive all day to get to Billings, MT and I arrive at the Super 8. I walk in and tell the clerk my name and she says she does not have a reservation for me. I say, “Let me go and get my computer.” I come back and show her my confirmation and she says, “Oh, sorry. If you call they’ll make sure that you are not charged.” I say, “Alright, let's just start over: Hi, Can I get a room for the night?” No, sorry. We’re sold out……….. So I figure I’ll get online and find something. I asked for the WiFi password, and I sit down in the lobby and search for "hotels rooms for tonight near me.” What appears? Super 8. I fill out the registration and I walk back to the desk and show the clerk my computer. “If I click this link, it says I’m booking a double queen here for tonight. Before I do, do you have a room?” Looks at her computer…… "Well I do have one room left." "Why did you just tell me that you had no rooms?" "Oh, well on line……. give it to you and someone books it online and were overbooked…… blah blah blah." I just said, “Thank you,” and I click the link. I’m in my room. No more craziness tonight. I hope.…
