We checked in late in the day without a reservation and the staff were very friendly and helpful in getting us settled in a room and recommending places to eat. The Inn offers a wonderful service: free long distance telephone calls to anywhere in US or Canada. Much appreciated as we wished Happy Fathers Day to family members back home...

Very outdated, and old. The room on a surface level looked clean, but our son dropped a piece of ice on the floor, and we took a towel to clean it up and the towel was black!! Which made us looked at the bottom of our socks, we were disgusted!! The beds are hard and uncomfortable, the air would NOT...

Location was good and within walking distance of the down town area, but it's not in the heart of down town, so the hotel is quiet. The staff was nice and helpful. The room itself was clean and nice size. They have a good free breakfast, offering actual hot food - bacon, eggs, potatoes - in addition to your standard...

The hotel is very Accomodating. There was an issue with my reservation and they immediately took care of issue and upgraded my room as an apology. Rooms are clean and lobby is very welcoming. Staff were extremely friendly. Nicely located to get downtown for shopping or eating and righ near I90 to get to the airport or on the road.

We were to stay here, however the hotel was being renovated and I had just broken my foot and could not do stairs. They do have a handicapped room but no elevator and the room was already occupied. Tom was kind enough to help us find another hotel and I have only praise for his attitude and help. Next time...

While not a fancy place, the motel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The folks at the front desk were extremely helpful in finding us some great trails to hike and restaurants to eat at. The sink is outside the bathroom, which I really like, but the sink area is really small. Plenty of outlets to be found and...

I have been traveling for work, for about a little over a year. Every time I come to Bozeman, I stay here! Tom is the owner and has made things very easy when I get here. After working all day, it is nice to get to this hotel and relax!! Breakfast always hot and plentiful. Coffee is never ending and...

We stayed here 2 nights when visiting Bozeman because of our daughter's college graduation. This is a rundown property and is in definite need of updating. The best feature of this hotel is that it is within walking distance of downtown. Breakfast was not good. I will stay somewhere else when I visit Bozeman again.

We would have never known about the Western Heritage Inn except we were going to Bozeman for a Christmas party and it was recommended. Turned out the hotel is pet friendly, clean, quiet and had that "out of the way" feel to it even though it sits at the edge of Bozeman's downtown district. We loved it. It was easy...

I stayed here during a weekend visit, having driven over 700 miles I was welcomed on a friday nite, 31 OCT 2014 and really enjoyed the hospitality. One person working in particular, Shane Reisen, really understands customer service & was very helpful answering ?'s and making sure everything was well stocked for the breakfast. My background includes years of managing...
