Stayed in a condo. Room was very clean, but in desperate need of updating - i don't consider going to vacation in a 1980's condo a special treat (pink/peach bathroom fixtures!, old laminate counter tops, old appliances, old window coverings, and poor beds). Will definitely be looking at other condos in the area next time. Loved the location and space,...

Dear Pink Peony: Thank you for your comments; we appreciate your input. We are a timeshare resort and we are in the process of updating all the condos however, some have different levels of reserves than others. We are glad your room was clean and hope you enjoyed your stay. If you choose to return ask for our NeNastako units...

Our room was nice and comfortable, but not that clean. There was a bobby pin and large hair brett on the carpet. The outdoor hot tub was lots of fun with so many friendly people from Alberta like we were. The price was great at $69.00 but we had to book it online with hotels.com to get that price. We...

Thanks for your comments, we appreciate your feedback. Generally we would have closed all of the eating when we have a large group. Appreciate the advise to put up a sign letting you know what to expect. Please let me know if you are coming again, I will happily supply you with a complimentary meal at Meadow Lake Bar &...

This was everything we hoped for and more. We were able to do everything we wanted even though the weather was a bit sketchy at times. The condo was very nice. It was clean and spaceous. We were close to several towns for shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful spacious clean Condo with all the amenities. Bathroom was spacious, beds very comfortable...we felt like we could have "moved in". Staff was friendly and Jim The Concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful with great activity suggestions.

This is one of the best resorts that we go back to time and time again. It is fantastic for families with lots to do for all age groups. Fantastic amenities! Love the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, steam and dry sauna. Golf right there. Centrally located for shopping and for skiing with minimal travel time. Love it and...

We stayed one night at the main hotel building. The bar and restaurant were closed, so another trip back to town for supper. The coffee shop was open but no employee to be seen anywhere. It would be nice to have a main lobby sitting room or guest lounge to just have a place to relax with a few nice...

Thanks for your comments. We are sorry to hear that your stay was less than satisfactory and as you mentioned there were some unforeseen circumstances that were out of our control; ie. size of the person above you and his/her habits. You are welcome to relax in the fireside room at any time, enjoy a game of pool, watch TV...

We finally made the decision not to use this resort anymore....we were charged $70.00 housekeeping fee for 2 nights plus a $24 resort tax, in addition to what we had to pay RCI to book. We were told by one staff member that it was because we didn't stay a Sunday; another told us it was because we didn't stay...

We were sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience. While the fees are standard for our resort which offers free shuttles, recreation facilities and a ski day use lodge that a resort in Big Fork does not offer; there is no excuse for long waits or employees rudeness. We apologize and will take issue with those involved. We...

We were skiing at Whitefish and found this resort online. About a half hour drive to the ski hill. We had very nice and knowledgable front desk staff. We stayed in a spa king room. For the winter it was great but it was in the bottom floor and during the summer you would have to have the blinds closed...

This resort was amazing. We stayed in one of the two bedroom units. It was updated, clean and had a terrific view. Close walking distance to both of the outstanding outdoor hot tubs. Also a nice touch was the availability of items to check out(Sled, snow shoes, movies etc.). Very convenient to Whitefish, Kalispel, Columbia Falls and Glacier National Park....
