After a long day on the road we wanted a place to stay. The motel 8 was full, So we went to the next one we could fine. That was a big mistake. We found out that the train that blew the whistle was right across the street and it blew all night long. No sleep that night.

After several hours on the road, decided to shut it down in Columbus, MT. Super 8 near the interstate had lots of 18 wheelers in the parking lot so decided to try the south side of town. Git's is an older motel but I convinced the wife to stay here for being on the quiet, off the beatin' track, side...

I looked and looked after travelling 1,500 miles for a decent hotel for a decent price. Some of the most rundown hotels wanted at least $100 a night and I'm on a strict budget budget to get home. My 1 year old son was ready to get out of the car and the lady at the desk was super nice...

We stayed at this gem while on our 12 day trip. It's only 40+ miles from red lodge Montana and the start of the beartooth pass, but about $100.00 cheaper. The rooms were clean, the mattresses were comfy and it had air conditioning. Everthing you need after a long days ride. With only a short walk across the parking lot...

I spent a day in Yellowstone as a side trip and planned on staying in Billings after my day was over. After finding out the cost of a cheap motel there I was happy to come across the sign for Big Sky motel at the cost of $45.00. That was about $20 cheaper than any place in Billings and I...

If you are looking for a clean, older motel, with a decent matress at a cheaper price, with no extras what so ever, than this is for you. The only other motel in town is Super 8, whose rate starts at $80 plus taxes. Super 8 has no pool, which usually inflates their rates. I feel this is a lot...

I am seasoned traveler. If it wasn't for the fact that my husband and i were exhausted, I would have paid the extra $25 to stay at the Super 8 motel. The shower and tub were moldy, hair was in the shower and on the floor. Each room has a screen door that squeaks and slams every time a guest...

Basic older motel next to gas station (same owner). Clean and comfortable.....small fridge and micro. Across street is the train tracks and the coal trains kept a pretty constant beat thru the night. Good value....I think it was like $79 which was good at height of tourist season and being close to Beartooth Pass and Yellowstone.

Git's is a good hotel for the price. It is a very basic old hotel, rooms are clean, beds are ok, towels ok, staff friendly. And across the street is s nice restaurant called 307.... Great place to eat. This is he third time we have stayed here. We travel to the mid west on a yearly basis, and will...
