clean, pet friendly. It is quiet, and has friendly staff. There is a taco truck within walking distance that has decent food, and a laundry mat across the street. The room I had included a microwave and mini fridge.

We stopped in here after seeing that someone else from our home town had recently stayed here and left good reviews. We were NOT disappointed! Karen - she is just the best! She is a joy to visit with and just "makes" this place! Our room was large, clean, convenient for pets, budget friendly, and quiet - what else do...

The greeting at the desk upon arrival was very nice, a young lady was learning the job and I certainly gave her my patience. Both ladies were very very nice. Offered a good price for our room, room was o.k. It was comfortable and clean. It does need to update their bathrooms and we also had no hot water which...

This was a clean Motel. Decided to try it because of the reviews. The price is probably the best in town. No frills motel. The bathtub needs to be redone but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Excellent stay in Dillon! I ended up in Dillon unexpectedly and this place was within my budget so I stopped in. We were offered a great price so I decided to stay. They offer a nice continental breakfast; bagels, toast, English muffins, coffee and orange juice. Karen at the front desk is what made this stay well worth it! What...

Paid $53 -got lovely friendly and knowledgeable reception on arrival. Room large, clean and had what we needed. Good location not too far out of town. Even had toast and coffee provided for breakfast. Yes this is an older motel bur for the price it is great value for money!

Was the cheapest place I could find in Dillon. And was a good value for the money. No breakfasts, or newspaper. Just cheap rooms. Power went out, during the night, and knocked out the power to the TV, couldn't figure out how to turn it back on.

For $51 I got a room that had all of the basics, was clean, and an improvement (or at least comparable) over the typical franchise motels. Nothing special here, but it was a decent, quiet, clean room. I recommend staying at this motel even though I only rated it a 3 star; it's a five star value but...it is old....

The owner was very pleasant. She has an amazing mineral collection in the lobby. I gave her a piece of turquoise that I found in Nevada to add to her collection. Without asking she gave me several pieces of other stones. I'm looking forward to staying there again this year on my trip north.

Better than a 2 star, but doesn't get to a 3.....ok to stay here, but nothing to rave about.....price is right in this little town....no pool or hot tub or exercise room....they throw out a few doughnuts and some coffee and call it a breakfast......nice people though.
