We loved staying in this beautiful place! It's very close to Lewistown and the rooms are very nicely kept. We were there in March and the only guests there. We saw lots of deer and wildlife! The breakfast was nice too. Really friendly service, lovely place!

We felt fortunate to have found a room near Lewistown and to NOT have to drive home that night. We were there in the winter however and the proprietor did not have equipment to maintain the road or her driveway. Even with four wheel drive and good winter driving experience it was dicey. The few steps from vehicle to door...

Carrie, The Duvall Inn is under new ownership now. It is now known a The Judith Mountain Lodge. We are sorry you had a hard time with the winter roads and the breakfast. A lot has changed since your visit and we invite you back to stay with us. The rooms have all been renovated and each has it's own...

We wanted to go some place new and quiet. We chose the Duvall Inn for that reason. My two children, my husband and I had a lovely, quiet weekend there. The owner is a wonderful lady and would do anything she can to make you feel at home. It isnt like going to a Motel its like going to a...

My wife and I stayed one night during early July because we couldn't get lodging in Lewistown. It was quiet there. We had to make a hurried departure because of a family emergency, but would recommend this quaint, log inn for those liking peace and quiet, wildlife in the yard, and a nice stream on the property. Watch out driving...

No dogs barking, no cars driving by, no neighbors - the beauty of being in the mountains, although only 8 miles from town. Ah, the quiet! It's a log cabin, with some improvements, but still rustic. Breakfast was delicious - bananas crepes, but no juice, meat or toast. All said, a nice place, but lacking the refinements of being downtown.

We are so thankful that the Super 8 made a mistake and our reservations were "lost" and our accomodations given to someone else. Otherwise we would not have discovered the Duvall in! Lucky for us someone had cancelled and we got to spend a wonderful night at this beautiful Inn. The rooms are clean and quiet. It was a great...

First, potential guests need to realize that this B & B is in a relatively isolated area, accessible by gravel/dirt roads that, in a rainstorm, will cover your vehicle in mud. Second, parking is not easy, because of a lack of illumination, so do not even think of arriving at night. Third, do not expect anything approaching gourmet cooking. Fourth,...

We arrived at the duvall inn after a long day and we were so pleasantly greeted by the owner who was full of cheer and showed us all around and answered all our questions with such kindness in her voice. The rooms were well-kept and tidy and the facilities were very sanitary. We enjoyed the evening with a walk in...

We had planned to take the train from St. Paul to Glacier but the route was closed due to flooding. We had to quickly make alternative driving plans and we ended up at the Duvall Inn for an overnight. We were surprised and thrilled. The setting is stunning. There is a great hike right outside the door. There is nothing...
