We stay at this motel on motorcycle trips. The price is right and we can park our bikes outside the rooms which is important for us. No lobby or elevators to contend with. Be sure to check the room's air conditioning system type when booking. Some of the rooms have built in A/C which is not really that functional. If...

Oh boy!! We read reviews prior to staying and felt we were getting a good room at a reasonable price. We were exhausted upon arrival and just planned on hopping in to bed. When pulling back sheets we were grossed out by a large blood stain. Gross. I went to front desk to request sheets and was told she would...

This is an older property, but it seemed like it had a recent refurbish. The room was very clean, but a little empty. No homey stuff laying around. Had a very large flat screen TV and a pool in season. The staff was great and helpful. and the bed was, I think new. Close to Subway and I-90. Outdoor corridors...

I found it very good and confortable, I arrived in the first morning and they were cleaning my room so I asked for something to do in Missoula and they were very nice with me showing where to eat, drink and where will be the celebrations of Independence Day that night. At 11am when my room was ready I checked-in:...

This motel is actually ok, especially if you're traveling alone. There are definitely worse places in Missoula. And of the better ones, you'll pay quite a bit more than you should. This is a good compromise for a practical traveler.

Traveling with someone who goes for the cheapest deal possible (and then asks for a Senior Citizen's discount). The Bel Aire Motel is not a "deal" - not in price nor accommodations (welcome to the mid 1980s, and not in a good way). We walked into first "Non Smoking" room - and there was no way it could be considered...

I am sorry for the smoke experience you had. I did ask if the second room was alright and your response was "it is a slight smell of smoke but nothing we can not tolerate" I also explained I had a room on the second floor but you needed the first. The room was a non-smoking but people do smoke...

We were in town for a football game and didnt feel like getting taken for $200 + dollars for the short amount of we would be spending in the room. This is an older property that has been nicely maintained on the outside but not so much on the inside. Our room did not have a tub just an old...

If the guest would have called the front desk they would have been informed that the ac unit was also the heat. They would have been instructed which setting was the heat. The guest did not say anything that night or the next morning

The stay was great. I was greeted by a woman at the front desk who had too much humor in her, but was very nice. I stayed for four days and everyday my room got cleaned. There was breakfast in the lobby and fresh coffee and fresh juice. The room was clean, even though I did find some writings on...

We chose this hotel because it looked so clean and well managed from the exterior. The manager berated the employee in front of me and then began to comment on her eating habits - not professional at all. We were charged $55.00 for the room (would have been a fair price if the room was clean). But this room was...
