Very nice rooms, love the views and decor. Cabin type setting....The hotel is located on the Scenic Byway of the Elkhorn Mountains. Many sites to see and things to do. The service provided by the Inn make you feel at home.

Rooms are VERY clean, filled with log furniture and big windows to enjoy the views. The service and food was exceptional. Ben was the waiter/bartender for the evening, very friendly, made us feel like we were regular customers. We are planning on going back to spend New Year's Eve. I highly recommend spending a few nights there.

Loved the room. Very clean it was very cold out and took a little time to warm up. The food was good (Thanksgiving Dinner) and the bar is the same costs as other bars. The free breakfast was very good and helped with the cost of the room. Would stay here again, The staff was very friendly and fun to...

I got here very late having missed my original accommodation due to an issue with my bike and was grateful to get the last room. The staff could not have been more accommodating to a touring cyclist and made sure I got fed even though the kitchen was about to close. The next morning they helped me contact someone local...

We have known about this place for years but never made the point of staying. We thought it would be too expensive but with the free full breakfast included in the price it was reasonably priced. Because of the clean comfortable rooms, great food, and friendly staff we will be back. Not to mention the beautiful environment.

I've stayed at the Inn over the years but it's been about 15 since my last stay and needless to say the years have not been kind. First, my reservation of an upstairs room was not honored so we had to listen to the upstairs. Curtains were sheer letting in porch light. Windows were filthy with dead bugs all over...

This was honestly an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and bar was absolutely incredible. Rooms are rather spartan aside for the rustic design, but nice and clean. Water pressure and temp were awesome (this coming from someone that needs damn need scalding hot water to shower). Wifi was pretty fast and reliable. Only two...

We stopped at the Inn for a late lunch and had a Mushroom Swiss Burger and a Patty Melt. We both agreed that they were the best we had ever eaten. The restaurant/bar was lovely, nicely decorated, prices very reasonable and the service was superb! We plan to stay at the Inn next time. So glad we stopped!

I am a returning customer to the Grasshopper Inn. I stayed here on my Honeymoon 19 years ago, and I only wished it would have been this nice then. All the upgrades and remolded rooms are so nice and comfortable. It now offers a continental breakfast. The food was excellent and their water tastes heavenly. And the breathtaking views can...

The Grasshopper valley is a seldom visited gem in southwest Montana. The views are in your face and the vibe is quiet and peaceful. The grasshopper inn sits in the middle of all this as a place to bunk down and have dinner. But be warned that you won't see anything beyond the simplest of amenities. As one review said...
