We enjoyed our two night stay. Clean, comfortable. And great for motorcyclists. We stayed in #22 and there was a constant ticking or water pipe noise all day & night, plus wifi only worked if I sat outside on the stairs. Where I met Shackleton the awesome motel mascot. A beautiful & friendly German Shepherd. Very friendly owners.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry your stay was not all that you wanted it to be. Not sure what the ticking sound was but we will definitely look into it. Unfortunately in the Red Lodge area WIFI can be a little tricky. With us being a historic hotel it makes it a...

Stayed here on our motorcycle trip. There were lots of bikers here so I guess it's popular. Personally I thought it was overpriced for its amenities. There was not coffee offered in the lobby. There was a coffee machine in the room but those are never good. The place is older and decor is definitely retro, but the room was...

An old motel located on main street with shotgun rooms with doors front and back with a ski décor from the early 60s. The owners were extremely personable and helpful. Although steps from the main highway through town-- very quiet--much quieter than some its more modern contemporaries. Maybe they used better materials back then. Good location within walking distance of...

My wife and I stayed here for one night the room was clean and comfortable. We did notice a slight musty smell in the room and we did not like being below ground level. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. For longer stays would look for something a little better.

Thank you for writing a review. Sorry to hear that your room wasn't all that you had hoped it would be. We will definitely look into what might be causing musty smell as this is not something that we would like guests to experience. The rooms on the below ground level are a little quirky, this hotel used to be...

Made a reservation before leaving home as we were on a motorcycle coming a long way and did not want to be caught without a room when we got to Red lodge. The motel is exactly as advertised, 1960 decor, extremely clean, quiet even though on the Main Street and and the front little balcony is great to relax and...

An older motel that was spic and span! Lovely owners too! Front and back porches for easy access. Great to walk to downtown down breakfast and Dinner. Microwave, fridge, coffee pot were a plus too. The only negative for us was the shower door was not easy to open and close. I might be a wimp though!

Great value, central location and welcoming, informed owners/staff who went out if their way to be helpful. Good sized rooms with comfy beds, perfect to collapse on, as we did, after a full day's skiing. Plenty of space and hooks to hang and dry out skis, boots, clothes and gear. Handy parking directly outside room. The communal hot tub is...

We stayed July 3rd. Even though the property is on Broadway, (the main street through town), our room was quiet. Nice to have a refrigerator & coffee in the room as well. The room had 1 queen, 1 double & a twin bed in it, we only needed 1 bed, but this would be nice for families.

We loved this little place, great price, clean rooms which included a fridge! No air conditioning, but the ceiling fan was plenty for us. Got a cute little care package with snack and a sewing kit in it. The office lady was very nice, helpful with whatever we needed. It a not so busy part of town, nice quiet neighborhood....

We stayed in #2 on lower level. I remember thinking how safe I would feel if the bomb were dropped. And after the steam bath and comfy but firmish sleep I would've cared. The only disappoint that sticks out is the ceaser salad from the carbon county steak house.
