Very interesting stay at an older hotel. Since we arrived prior to 10 PM, we were able to check in at the hotel. If we'd arrived after 10, we'd have to walk next door to the Best Western to get a room key. They are very short staffed, and wouldn't be staffed at the front desk the next morning, so...

We have stayed at the Lone Tree Inn in better times. The $55.00 price is nice, it is quiet (for having heavily booted, early rising workers) and the beds are comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is offered down the road at the Richland Inn & Suites which caused us to wonder how much longer the Lone Tree Inn will exist as...

We got such a great deal on this room and were pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable although the pillows weren't so great. Wifi signal was strong. Television had a good range of channels. Would stay here again for sure.

Made it to the motel a bit before 9;00 pm, which was lucky as the front desk is not manned from 9 pm to 7 am. King size bed was very comfortable room was quiet. Someone kept blocking back door open which was a bit disconcerting as there is a bar immediately behind the motel. Did not like the idea...

We recently stayed overnight at the Lone Tree Inn and were pleased with the overall cleanliness (white bed cover with a trow at the foot to keep it clean), the extra towels, the central location, the friendly staff, and the attention to detail. We recommended it to friends who live in the area and would recommend Lone Tree Inn without...

Susan, We are so happy you enjoyed your stay in Sidney with us! We love having people that travel with pets (we love the animals as much as the owners I think). I will make sure to pass this onto our team members, and again thank you for staying with us while in Sidney!

Now that the oil boom has fallen apart, things are much better in Sidney. This motel has good Wi-Fi, has great beds and is convenient to a restaurant and convenience store. There were some minor housekeeping/ maintenance issues but nothing bad. Sure could use a clock in the room however. The only drawback is to make sure you verify the...

The king sized bed was so comfortable and the linens were nice. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast in the morning and it was a great continental. I would stay again and recommend this little establishment.

I had a great stay. There was truck parking though with construction it's pretty muddy to get to and from, can't be helped. The breakfast is nothing to mess with! LOTS of choices. The whole establishment was very clean. The only part I had issues with was the blame game with extra money being taken at check-in. 3rd party sites...

“They have breakfast and usully something to eat at dinner time like a crockpot of chili etc. Go ahead and eat it. Sidney is an oil boom town and the McDonalds,Dairy Queen and KFC have shut down because they can't get people to work there when anyone with a pulse is making $15/hr. Very few places to eat. The South 440 is a very good restaurant .”

“I have not experienced any one room that was better than others. It seems this hotel is very consistent. Book early, as the oil boom in the surrounding areas causes all area hotels to fill quickly.”
