Close to North East entrance to Yellow Stone Park & Cook City. Excellent Location and view of the ranges from the room. NO TV, OVEN. Heating is also not adequate. Do check the closing time as Nothing may be available if you reach late after the drive from the Yellow Stone Park. Adequate parking space.

First off, Bob is incredibly friendly and alone earns this place 5 stars. He has great stories to share if you choose to spend some time chatting with him. There are also some dogs he brought outside for my niece to play with. She loved that. The rooms are basic, but clean and adequate. There is no TV or cell...

The ads say the rooms have a television. Ours had one but it didnt work. When we asked about it we were told they don't offer television??? So much for watching the Olympics. The room was clean enough but decor that utilizes oiled plywood strategically placed in the corners was not my idea of a lodge room. The curtains in...

This was our stop after Yellowstone on our motorcycle trip from Ohio. Simple place with a general store across the road and a small restaurant next door. Dont expect anything fancy. No cable, cell service, pool, breakfast, etc. But that was part of what made it great in addition to the hosts. They were welcoming and entertaining with thier stories...

We stayed here to have easier access to the northeast part of Yellowstone, and this was very convenient. We were in room 17 which had a small kitchenette and coffee pot, basic supplies to make a simple meal. The room had been recently redone and although rustic was quite nice, very comfortable bed, newer carpet, ceramic tile shower, etc. Just...

The view is beautiful and the sunset in the Beartooth mountain given a very nice colors. A very good stop at the north est entrance and very closed to the Lamar...

The staff here is amazing. We arrive on a motorcycle and they loaned us an ice chest and gave us hotdog buns. Used the grill and spent several hours in chairs sitting by the creek enjoying the outdoors. Rooms are simple and TV didn't work (which we liked - afterall you are on vacation). They have a fire pit and...

We enjoyed 4 very pleasant nights while touring the Lamar Valley and the Bear tooth pass. Friendly staff, clean accommodations, and some real nice extras including a camp fire. Wifi and cable would be nice but was not a deal breaker. Would definitely stay again

My son and I got to Silver Gate a day early driving from Georgia, pulled into Grizzly Lodge and asked if they had any rooms, the manager Bob took us and showed us two rooms, one cabin by the river and one of the lodge rooms. We decided on the cabin, great location, nice river setting in front of cabin....

Our room at the Grizzly Lodge was small and simple. It offered absolutely no amenities like tv, phone or hairdryer, but we didn't need any as we were stopping by for just one night and enjoyed the natural surroundings. It's really a simple place to stay among the woods and near Yellowstone. The atmosphere at the lodge is calm and...
