Very comfortable and welcoming small hotel close to Whitefish in a modern chalet. Interesting, varied and freshly prepared breakfast. No dinner. Helpful hosts. Hot tub in the garden! A welcome change from chain hotels.

From the moment you walk through the door you are well taken care of. Woody greeted us warmly and made sure all ur needs were met. An appetizer was served in the late afternoon/early evening with wine or sparkling juice. Large homemade cookies were available 24 hours a day. There were 3 breakfast choices each morning . This was an exceptional visit. Woody and Betsy were wonderful hosts and made us all feel welcome. Every evening the guests gathered for hors d'oeuvres and wine and spent a good long time in warm conversation. The attention to detail everywhere was amazing and our morning breakfasts were truly a gourmet experience. Our bedroom was beautiful and very comfortable. As...

The lodge is wonderfully furnished and comfortable with multiple shower heads in the bathroom. Very spa like. The couple who ran the place were very friendly and very versed about the area restaurants and attractions. They offer appetizers and drinks at five, in addition to having 4 jars of different kinds of cookies waiting to take any time. There is...

The lodge itself is fine- quaint and well appointed, with the standard amenities you'd expect plus a few nice touches (e.g.; 3 choices of menu items and times for breakfast). However, we paid close to $300 a night for our room/suite and we didn't find it very comfortable. The AC unit was old, very noisy and barely sufficient to cool...

My family of 4 stayed in the Montana Suite and used the Good Medicine Lodge as our base for exploring Glacier. The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious and homey. The breakfasts and snacks were delicious. The recommendations about trails and the area were spot-on and very helpful. I was worried about staying in a B&B with our kids (ages 5...

Call this place early or you won't get it! There's a reason they book up fast! Woody and Betsy know how to treat their guests! There are fresh, homemade cookies 24/7 in the lobby. They have a happy hour every early evening (appetizers with beer or wine). The place is immaculate and they are very prompt when your breakfast seating...

Pay attention as you are driving north from downtown Whitefish or you will miss it. It's kind of hidden behind a couple of trees. The couple that run this B&B are extremely nice and more than accommodating. The place itself is awesome!!! A small meet and greet each evening, cookies (I think I gained 10 pounds just from them) are...
