We travelled with family and occupied two spotlessly clean queen rooms, which were very comfortable with lots of lovely touches, such as good toileties and large fluffy towels; they even leave a little card on the table with the following days weather forecast! The Bed and Breakfast is situated on a residential street a few blocks from Whitefish shopping area...

We were a little surprised that the Lodge was on a busy street. It's also about 40 minutes from Glacier, which is a little inconvenient. That said, Whitefish is lovely and our hosts could not have been more warm and welcoming. Our rooms were quiet and comfortable. The breakfasts were OUTSTANDING.

The best stay of our Montana/Wyoming vacation! Woody and Betsy are so warm, welcoming, make you feel right at home! The breakfasts were delicious - I bought the cookbook! And oh, the fresh, homemade cookies available 24/7 were irresistible! We loved the backyard - the covered back porch, hot tub, fire pit, the lovely flowers and herbs. The rooms were...

My husband and I stayed here only for one night but were duly impressed. The lodge is welcoming and comfortable, very clean and well organized, with loads of both useful and indulgent touches. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and very pleasant. Absolutely delicious food that was unexpectedly interesting - crab cakes, watermelon with basil and feta, falafel. Useful library...

As Australians, Whitefish was "off the beaten track" in terms of the usual popular US holiday destinations but we're so glad we included it in our itinerary. The Good Medicine Lodge provides the best in B&B accommodation; we had two bedrooms highlighted by locally-themed decor as well as a cosy courtyard. Breakfast was always fullsome, with owner Woody always at...

We were lucky enough to stay at a couple of the Post Hotels (Chateau Lake Louise and Banff Springs) on our Rocky Mountain vacation, but GML puts them to shame. This is the pinnacle that all other accommodations should strive for.l I hated to leave. Clean, clean clean and a lodging and dining adventure unto itself. Buy the cookbook. I...

We visited Good Medicine Lodge in July. Woody and Betsy were gracious hosts and made our stay with them very pleasant. Woody was so helpful with directions and suggestions on what to see and how to get there. Betsy was up early cooking those wonderful gourmet breakfasts ("Going to-the-Sun Eggs was my favorite)! Many of the herbs she uses are...

We originally booked a single night here as a stopover on a driving holiday. Quickly added a second night and would have stayed more if our schedule had allowed. Wow - had the lodge and it seemed the entire national park to ourselves. So supremely quiet & peaceful. Room was very comfortable and the entire lodge was warm and inviting...

When you visit websites about hotels and B&Bs, you expect that the pictures exaggerate; in the case of Good Medicine Lodge, the pictures on the website do not do it justice. It is much nicer and more elegant than the pictures appear. It is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are tastefully and individually decorated. Most of the rooms are not...
