The hotel is in a nice area and close to restaurants. The lobby area was clean. The carpet in the hallway on the first floor could use a good cleaning. Our room was very clean and actually did not have carpet. However, the room smelled a little strange. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was tiny. The mirror above the sink and the pictures in the bathroom were both hung crooked (I tried to fix the picture...ha ha!). The room doors had obviously been painted but it was getting chipped. Breakfast was good - actually one of the best breakfast's we had on our trip! They had "fried" eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, fruit, oatmeal packets, muffins, etc. The biscuits were fresh and fluffy to make perfect breakfast sandwiches with the eggs and sausage. It was almost good enough to bump the ranking up to a 4, but not quite.

We stayed at this property 6 months ago and were quite pleased. This time around not so much. I will say the staff was very welcoming and efficient on check in. The room was clean and comfortable, no complaints there. But the odor in the entry and hallways was quite awful. It was a strong musty, mildewy smell combined with cleaning products. Thank goodness the smell wasn't in our room, or we would have changed hotels, I'm sure. The breakfast seemed good on the surface with multiple choices. However, the food wasn't very good. The eggs were those round flat tasteless things that I don't believe are real eggs. My husband said the sausages and the biscuits and gravy were awful. The orange and apple juices were watered down or maybe just very cheap brands. The cream cheese for the bagels was an off brand spread and had an odd color and taste. We made do with cereal and muffins and fruit. We were there four days and the food options and quality never changed. These all seem like petty complaints but it's a definite downgrade in quality from our last stay here in May of 2022. No, I did not discuss these concerns with management at all. I guess I just made a mental note to not stay at this property again the next time we are in town.

There is a sign at the front desk that there are renovations in progress, though it's hard to know what is being renovated. We were in an older room. The room is quite small for a double queen. The bathroom door swings out in front of the room door so it can be tricky to maneuver. The web site did not mention a mini fridge or microwave so we were pleasantly surprised - and grateful - to find both in the room. Nice TV. No towel ring by the sink. No place to hang clothes if needed.
Pool was fine. Breakfast was well done. Staff at the desk was very nice and welcoming.

This was a 1 night stopover in the middle of 2 grueling days of driving or else we would have never stayed after going inside.
The lobby area was unwelcoming and looked worn, but we pushed on.
Our room was spacious with separate living space. There was old fruit laying in the floor beside a table and plastic utensils under the footstool. The bathroom floor unfortunately had hairs on it. Makes you wonder if floors were actually vacuumed or just mopped at.
The bed was fairly broken down, and the A/C kept the room just shy of hot.
I was prepared with my own disinfectant wipes and spray… so cleaned surfaces, kept shoes on, showered, slept as best we could in the warm room, then just got the heck out at sunrise.
Staff was not responsive when told of issues. I would keep driving next time.

Realistically, the stay wasn't terrible. The hotel isn't terrible. But all the little disappointments add up and left a bad taste in my mouth for this place. I would not stay again. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was large and clean. The pool was warm enough to not be terribly unpleasant. However... the walls appear to be made of paper, as you can hear every sound from the hallways and surrounding rooms. Every door slam, every drunken song, every hairdryer. The bed was comfy but they have those terrible pillows that flatten out to nothing when you lay on it and your neck hurts in the morning whether you use 1 or stack 2.

The worst part was in the morning. They told us at check in that breakfast went until 10. We went down at 920 and milked out the last of the waffle batter for a half a waffle for my daughter. There was no protein of any sort, just cereal, bagels, muffins, and yogurt. We grabbed a few more things when, just shy of 930, the woman came out and started tearing down breakfast. There were literally people standing at the counter trying to put things on plates as she quickly went around them removing all that was left of breakfast and putting it back in the back. We saw 2 more families, with children, come down to get breakfast, before 10, after everything was cleaned out. The only thing the staff member offered was to turn the juice machine back on for them, while they tried to figure out where they could now go to buy breakfast.

We wanted to swim before checking out. There were no pool towels on the shelf so I went to the front desk to ask for some. He brought me one towel and told me the rest were being washed. I asked if there would be more coming soon and all he said again was that they were being washed, and didn't offer a regular towel or anything else. So my 6 year old swam by herself because no one else had a towel.

Arrived at hotel around 9pm. No one at the front desk. Rang the bell twice and waited 10 minutes. Finally called the hotel and put on hold for another 5 minutes. Finally able to check in. Toilet worked the first time so thought nothing of it. I thought I was staying at a Super 8 instead of a Comfort Inn especially for the cost of the room. Told the front desk staff three times the toilet wouldn't flush and they said thanks and they would come down and plunge as if they already knew. Never offered a different room and thankfully we were only there to sleep and were not in the room at any other time because we would have had to walk down by the front desk to use the public restroom. The latch lock was broken so we only had a deadbolt and had to place a cooler by the door for safety. Parking can be a trying experience also. Tried first contacting the hotel before leaving this review but no response. Pay the extra money to stay somewhere else and don't debate for over an hour on where to stay like I made the mistake on doing.

We have the unfortunate draw of staying here. Whole hotel smells of mildew, humidity, and general unpleasantness. Our room, a suite, was filthy. Curtains torn and stained, bathroom full of mold, floors and tiles had visible gunk. I'm just so disappointed spending 2 nights here and spending the amount we did. Will never choose this hotel chain again.

We have been in the process of moving from Nebraska to Alabama and stayed here a couple different times.
Due to covid a bit disappointed over lack of hot breakfasts but understandable.
Clean rooms. Comfortable bed.

Elevator needs some attention, hearing scraping noises occasionally as raising and lowing.

Clean and well lit parking lot for the most part. Was able to part my 50 feet of truck and trailer on the east side.
I used to live in this area of the Omaha metro area and it’s a good area, safe and little to no issues.

Staff Worked with us to reschedule our stays on the last trip due to delays and were GREAT!
Reasonable cost and if using Choice hotels app, points for free stays.

Nice clean bathrooms. Reasonable cost.

The staff was very accomodating and easy to work with. The property was clean, but due to COVID, maintenance is getting behind. The property has restaurants nearby that are clean, serve good food, and was an added convenience. This is one of the few - and perhaps only - properties that offer a veteran discount. My hope is that as workers become more available, they will be able to get some of the repairs needed to be accomplished. I would give them these ratings based on current conditions - room, 4; service, 5; food, 3.

Pool heater was broken. Hot tub broken and smelled terrible. Night Supervisor was very rude and unprofessional. We cleaned up all our garbage in the lobby, moved all the tables and chairs back in place. As we were gathering up our stuff to head back to our room. Night supervisor came out from behind the desk and starting making rude comments under breath. We had two towels that we had not gathered up and she grabbed and said seriously. She then throw them in a tub in the back. I called down to the front desk and she told me her supervisor was on vacation. When I asked how to contact them she was very rude and short and then hung up.

I've never seen this either. I've written several reviews of Comfort Inn and they've always responded to me. Even when I had problems. They showed concern for the issue and worked hard to fix the problem. The question is why did TripAdvisor block the review? Has anyone from TripAdvisor responded?
