The rooms are updated and clean all the way around. Nice shade trees and well thought out common areas. The Internet and TV were good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking in front of your room is nice. Outside chairs and picnic tables are handy. Pleasantly surprised !

Beds and pillows were great, had a small refrigerator, microwave, in-room coffee, easy access just off highway. Our room was in the back of the property so was really nice and quiet. We'll stay there again when in the Burwell area.

Best bed and sheet combination you'll find for under 80 bucks. I didn't expect much for the price and setting. But the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were smooth as satin. The place is Nothin fancy just the basic drive to your door motel. Room was clean. I would stay here again when in the area.

Room was clean and comfortable. Our room had two queen beds, microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator. Rate for room was okay for area. I would recommend and stay there again. We even got a good pizza in town to bring back to the room. We stayed on our way to Ashfall State Park.

This was recommended by a friend and it didn't disappoint. Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Small but can choose from standard rooms or cabins with more room. Close to several good restaurants and bars. Also close to Calamus Resevoir. We will be back!!

My husband and I were on our way home from Rocky Mountain National Park and stopped in Burwell at the Rodeo Inn. We had an advance reservation, due to reviews we found online. It was fantastic. We had such a large room with two queen beds, a seating area, very modern and superbly clean. It met more than our expectations....

I got the same wonderful room for two nights this time. King Size bed, flat screen TV, Microwave and fridge included, used them all. Shower Hot and...

Our family goes to Burwell about five times a year. We prefer to stay in cabins with more privacy and seclusion. On Labor Day weekend, we rented a cabin on Lake Ericson and it turned out to be horrible. All other cabins in the area were booked. The Rodeo Inn had one room left. I had a lot of reservations...

Family wedding. Had 4 rooms for kids and grandkids. Nice rooms, nice people. The little one played in the sand box. Very comfy beds. Price was reasonable. Practically the whole family stayed there. It's not a big town but everyone is very friendly. Small town so everything is close by. Enjoyed our stay.

Have stayed here numerous times the past year visiting family and always a positive experience. Clean comfortable rooms. Owners very accommodating and helpful. Books up fast on the weekends during the summer & hunting seasons so book early! Definitely recommend!
