We had called and made a reservation - and were greeted by a very friendly owner - great pull-through sites with grass -good WIFI - GREAT BATHROOM & showers ( very clean ) - nice little creek running through the property - great little town - we stayed for 8 days and would stay again - the trains are near...

We have been traveling for 6 weeks and have stayed in numerous RV parks. We based our decision to stay here off of these reviews and they couldn't be more wrong. I should have known when he said no need for a reservation and when I pulled in, the office was the front of the owner's house. It was in...

As for as the staff, ease to find and hook ups it's an A+. Big pull thru grassy, level sites with full hooks for only $12.50 with PA discount, yes please! Reason for 3 stars: a very busy train comes by the area at least hourly and has to blow its horn at the intersection. We could feel it in...

Very friendly and accommodating owners. Parked us near restrooms & showers, which were very clean, and away from tracks. Paid $12.50 w/PA. Dining & bowling (of which we enjoyed both) a short walk across the tracks. Would stay again if in the area.

Chappell is a quiet and small town, which I like. Being a full-time RVer and having stayed in many different small-town RV Parks (and most aren't very great), I will have to say that this is a very nice RV Park. They have 50 / 30 amp pull through (and back in) full hook up sites. This is by no...

Just as other people have said, the freight train tracks are right next to this campground. When the train goes through town it blows it horn coming and going. It seemed like there were trains at least every half hour if not more. Camping spot was nothing special - a spot with full hook-ups. Owner does not take credit cards...

This site is just a parking spot with hookups for your RV as you're passing through, nothing other than that. Definitely not a destination! And if you have any other options, do consider them. The freight trains came through all evening every 15-20 minutes and early in the morning. UGH. The view is of a lovely (cereal?) processing plant. The...

There's nothing special about this campground except the restrooms and showers were super clean and plenty of hot water. The grounds were pretty nice. We did not hear highway noise HOWEVER an unbelievable number of trains went through overnight(more than 10 or 12) and blew the whistle long and loud to cross a minor intersection. We were awakened frequently. I...

Very happy with our experience, we pulled in for an overnight stay while travelling across country. Very friendly 'service', grounds and restrooms/showers were immaculate. For $25 with full hookups it was great value. Only downside was proximity of the train tracks, but there was no road noise and it was just a mile off I-80.

Tracks are 1/4 mile away. We were disappointed they weren't closer. But at least there was no I-80 noise, which would be lots worse. Hosts/owners helpful. Used PassportAmerica $12.50/nite. Did some geocaching in the area but there was only 1 while the other went missing.
