While I was with Gate 1 Tour and all of our transportation was already arranged, some others were working with private guides that they contacted when they arrived. I am certain the front desk staff could help you arrange something. Just make sure you give them ample notice as they - and the private guides - can be quite busy. The kibbutz has bikes they allow folks to use for free of charge.
