From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome. My husband & myself stayed one night at Duke House & didnt want to leave. Sharon & Ray are a delightful couple who certainly know how to make their guests feel at home. Our room, in a converted building next to the main house, was large with a good sized... More

We stayed at The Duke House B&B for two nights during this year's Latitude Festival in nearby Henham Park. We were very lucky as they had had a last minute cancellation and normally booked out a year in advance for this particular weekend. The three rooms are in a converted building next to the main house and we had the... More

Just returned from 3 nights at Duke House. We wanted to stay on but it was fully booked, which is not surprising! Ray and Sharon (daughter Torry? too) are the best b&b hosts you could imagine. Lovely couple, could not be more helpful or more welcoming. But what really sets tham apart is that they are so interesting and amusing,... More

What a beautiful, charming B&B. I stayed for a few nights with my parents and sister on a visit to Minsmere. It really is one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed - the gardens are spectacular, the rooms are so, so pretty, and Sharon & Ray are the perfect hosts - friendly, welcoming & damn, they make an... We recently stayed for one evening whilst on a self organized cycling holiday. The accommodation is very nice and well equipped. Breakfast was really nice and all of the highest quality. A lovely couple and I would definitely stay again if we are ever back in Holton.

This really is a magical place to stay. Sharon and Ray were so friendly and kind, giving us lots of good advice on places to eat out locally etc. The place itself is tucked away in the countryside. It is beautifully appointed. Having breakfast overlooking the cornfield was such a refreshing thing to do. I can not recommend this place... More
