I stayed at this hotel for 6 weeks for a business trip. The owners, managers, and housekeeping staff were all very nice and professional. My room was quiet, kept very clean and my bed was comfortable. They have a nice indoor pool and a guest laundry, which is a great a bonus for an extended stay. I truly had an... More

This is not a pleasant or even acceptable place to stay. I booked a room here because it was the only one available in town (that should have been my clue). The room had a horrible smell and I kept spraying Lysol to try to mask the smell...no luck. The bathtub had a stain and around it. The room had... More

The high point of our stay was the adequate air-conditioner...need I say more? Our room was relatively quiet, but we had difficulty locking the door. The mattresses were soft and without support. There were two bugs in the shower - one dead and one alive. There aren't any blow dryers in the rooms. When I went to the front desk... More

I spent 7 days at this motel. I ran for the hills and am now trying the motel 8. The bed ruined my back and the entire place is dirty and smells terrible like my regrets for staying there. My sheets were never changed I easily assessed from the visible stain in the sheet that was there every single day.

Never in a million years will I stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Only place in town with available room. Now I know why. Horrible stench in our room, super uncomfortable beds, every time the people next door moved a muscle our beds shake, terrible customer service...should I go... More

The price was outrageous for the crappy, outdated room we got. Had to book last minute late at night. The front desk clerk left a lot to be desired, customer service wise. Had to move rooms because there were roaches in the bathroom. Second room had a dead roach in the bathroom. Decor and linens went out of style about... More

Apparently, you have to live a long distance away before you can rent a room here. They lied and said everyone in town has that same policy, and yet im staying at a hotel right down the road. Plus the manager and desk staff are rude. They are all 3 hard to understand because they are all from India. I... More

Budget hotel that allows dogs. Our room was clean. They have interior and exterior doors on the first floor. The walls are paper thin but they have a mini fridge, microwave. The bathrooms were clean. The breakfast is OK....they have a waffle iron, hard boiled eggs, rolls, English muffins, yougert, cereal, juice, coffee. Not bad.

Came to Norfolk to visit friends. Went to check in and discovered the $60 rate was $69 which ended up to be over $80. Was greeted by the most unwelcoming consierge I've ever met. I felt like I was being interrogated while asked why I was staying. Opened the door to the room and was in awe of how terrible... More

I booked the KING room after inspecting it first. Room was clean, came with pull out bed sofa, nice large flat screen TV, one eating table with chair, one desk with chair, vanity is separate area from restroom with door and very small exposed underneath hardware. My biggest issue with this room is the lighting. there is an overhead light... More
