Upon inspection, the room had a bad odor and I lifted the alarm clock only to see a bed bug scurry away. Enough said. Be forewarned this is NOT a place to rest a weary head. The ice machine did not work, either.

On Sept 6, 2016, I booked two rooms for two nights at this hotel at the cost of $165 per night, tax included. When we arrived, the manager could barely speak English. We got to our rooms and the smell was horrible. I'm not sure if it was mold/mildew but it was really bad. We found bugs in our room,... More

I really cannot conceive how the present owners have let this property detiorate to such squalid conditions. Our room was not cheap, 110$ for the night. 2 very old queen beds with bed covers that should be burned for health reasons. Our room had such a string odor of mold and mildew I do not know how it passes any... More

It was graduation at Concordia so I knew it would be tough to get a room in Seward. The room was not great but the worse thing was the towel had yellow spots on it, so I turnded it in for a new one and that one had yellow spots too. (Stains) I then looked at all my towels and... More

Lesson learned: ALWAYS read the reviews before booking!!!! This is undoubtedly the most disgusting hotel on the planet. The room had a rancid odor, no toilet paper, no cover plate on the electric outlet, rust stains around the "refrigerator" and in the bathroom next to the toilet, fasteners were painted over on the walls where pictures were removed, ice machine... I booked a hotel room with king bed through travelocity. When I got there, the clerk, who barely spoke English, said they did not have this room available but could give us a 2 queen bed room but we needed to pay them $103 versus the $78 we had already paid on travelocity for. They would not refund us for... More

We booked a room in person. When we went to the room it was warm and icky looking. We didn't unload yet. Went to eat and asked the staff and they said they did not clean well. We decided to eat the $60.00 and go down and get a room at the Cobblestone. So glad we did. I would not... More

I didn't read the reviews till after we stayed there and I was very surprised. The room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The price was very reasonable and the breakfast was good for a free one. The manager, though his accent was strong and hard to understand on the phone, was very pleasant when we arrived and... More

This place is horrible and should be shut down! Read the reviews... No one is exaggerating! I have never stayed in such a disgusting hotel! From the rude desk clerk (or owner), to the smelly room, stained carpets and chairs, this place is awful. Unfortunately, all other hotels in the area were full, so we got stuck with this terrible...
