OK, this place may not be for everyone but it is clean with good modern furniture. The place has been remodeled from worker's cabins from the past. Modern, clean bathroom, small refrigerator and microwave, small flat panel TV, plenty of electrical outlets, clean carpeting, an electrical heater that really works well, room AC (but it was too cold in the...

Late last December we landed at Las Vegas for a road trip and decided to start our stay at the Atomic Inn, before heading off to Death Valley the following morning. We knew from reviews and photos that the hotel would be different, but we persevered and enjoyed an alternative (one night stay) in this alternative accommodation. The Atomic Inn...

Welcomed at checkin desk. Give cabin numbers with real key. Found cabin and inside was nicely furnished with period furniture. Found 3 remotes, 1 for flat screen TV, 1 for Air Conditioner, 1 final for floor heater. Floor heater was needed and had power and heating settings that were used. This being January and cold they worked very well for...

I left a precious necklace in my room and the cleaning person was honest enough to return it to the office. Upon discovering it was missing, I called and the man at the front desk told me that yes they had my necklace and if I would send a pre-stamped envelope, they would mail it to me. And, yes, they...

The room was clean, got a little chilly so I requested extra blankets, it was no hassle. Got up to a quaint continental breakfast, and very pleasant staff, next time we;re passing through death valley that's where will stay.

My friend and I kept open the possibility that camping in Death Valley was going to be too cold or uncomfortable. Our subpar camping equipment led us to a cheap "truckers room" with one double bed which was fine by us. A decent hot shower and a sufficient breakfast option of toasted bread items, whole fruit, packaged pastries and coffee...

There weren't many options to stay near the Death Valley National park so we settled on this place due to price and availability. The room is extremely basic as is the bathroom. The neighbourhood is not somewhere I'd want to venture out alone.

Clean, friendly, comfortable and a perfect base for exploring Death Valley - let down a bit by sub-atomic Wi-Fi speed. You can check your emails (eventually) but forget about Netflix. That said, I would definitely stay here again - the world needs more slightly strange motels

If you prefer funkiness and a place to tell a story about over comfort and modern conveniences this may be the place for you. The motel prides itself on being a step back in time to the 1950s, and that's probably because they haven't changed the rooms or furniture since about 1956. It was a chilly day and there was...

During my recent trip around the USA, I had occasion to stay at the Atomic motel, And I can honestly say I found it comfortable, clean and central to my requirements. Ronda, at the reception was very attentive, polite and extremely helpful in her knowledge of the area, even taking time out to explain the presence of some strange, colourful...
