I had made a reservation for this hotel year in advance for event happening that weekend My reservation was for Friday and Saturday. On Saturday I was not too far from hotel and wanted to check in. When I came in at 1pm I was told their reservation is at 3 pm and early check in will be an extra charge of $50. I refuse to pay that charge as I never heard of early check fees. On Strip I stayed at multiple locations check in early or late never had to pay early check in for 2 hours early. I confirmed with manager that room will be available when I come back she said if you have reservation you should get a room. Event ended yearly in morning and when I tried to get a room I was told that my reservation was canceled for no show and now they want charge me $200 plus $50 early check in again. I refuse to stay at that location and asked for refund which Joe Casino manager confirmed They lied about my reservation been refunded and when I called hotwire.com where I made reservation and they are only telling them to refund second night This is most horrible experience I ever had with hotel trying to change you for every possible fee they make up and triple charge me again for same reservation that I paid for. When I asked about those made up fees in writing I was to look on their website which I did and nowhere on website of casino or hotel it specified about those made up fees. Even when I had superior manager present she lied about refund I had to crash on my friend's couch when I had made and paid a reservation to stay hotel STAY AWAY FROM THAT HOTEL OR THEY WILL SCAM YOU AS I WAS.

We made a return visit to listen to Mike Vidal, but he was just concluding a set so we decided to depart rather than endure more second hand smoke. A quick look around the casino came up not much in the way of changes since our last visit other the addition of a hotel.

The late night Bartenders were good and proper. Left my billiards stick and once upon calling for a lost item, it was secured. When I picked it up 2 days later the pit manager threw me out for not paying for my one and not finished drink. Because their 2 ATM,s failed to work properly. Then the bank cage and my ATM ticket told me the casino bank had my transaction in 15 min. 4 min later the Pit Boss and Security forced me out. My bank has now canceled the $300 I never got and has suspended all it's transactions with this specific property. Go Pit boss, way to drive it off a cliff.

My Wife & I stayed here for a night just to get away from the day to day life and the room was so much more then we expected it was really nice, friendly staff, clean rooms. The Casino is just a few steps away from the hotel via a door that goes out of the lobby into Cason

I dont understand all the positive reviews. Its a motel like property with worn out walls and reception that clearly wishes they didnt work there.. I literally have never been treated like that at any hotels in the world. I need internet for work but it turned out internet in this place is a joke and nothing is being done about it, I was informed by the front desk it’s a well known problem, there is literally no signal on the 3rd floor. They said they couldn’t do anything about it, couldnt move me to another room on the 1st floor, but on the day of my check out I could talk to a manager. When I checked out and informed the manager about it she said “ that’s not true”, there is no such problem. She literally told me to talk to Expedia if I had any problems with my stay. When I said it’s not Expedia it’s your property that has a problem she said “ have a nice day” I asked her name she said her name was Jamie, I said I needed her business card to make sure she is who she says she is so I can address this with her management, she said “you can leave now. “ I told her I’m not leaving until I get her business card. So guess what happened next? SHE CALLED SECURITY ON ME! A toddler would have handled this situation more professionally than this pathetic employee who’s is clearly trying to actively lose her job

We arrived at 5pm. Asked about storing our bikes, no provision. They were locked and tired down on the rack. Room was filthy. The next morning we discovered our ties on bike rack had been cut and our bikes had been damaged because the thieves tried to pry then off the locked rack. Not a safe area. No security or cameras.

Nice first impressions, retro feel, hints of memorabilia. Updated bathrooms, surprisingly nice towels, comfie beds large tv. Only drawback is casino that allows smoking and odor easily wafts into restaurant, quite the turn off.

This is a hidden gem. The staff is friendly, kind, courteous. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking is adequate, clean able to see from our room. Casino is small and a little too smokey for my liking but we still were entertained. Lounge has live entertainment, $1.50 shrimp cocktail. Restaurant had excellent choices and prices are reasonable. Room rate was excellent and no resort fees. Location is easy to find ( but that may be because we used to live in Vegas) pool is quite small, if you are interested. I recommend this place...

Great pricing and no resort fees. Big savings and not far from casinos on the strip or downtown. Have stayed several times and rooms are big and comfortable. Good restaurant with great prices and quality. Great entertainment at night.

We stayed at the Skyline Hotel and Casino for one night before beginning our road trip to Utah's Mighty 5. It was not much to look at from the outside, but it was lovely inside. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was outstanding. We at ein the restaurant and enjoyed a very nice meal and later had a drink in the bar while being entertained with live music. A very cozy and charming place for sure.
