Beds are comfortable but it's best to bring your own pillows (we do). Room and bathroom were clean. Staff was courteous. NO WATER PRESSURE! We were on the second floor and you had a hard time rinsing off the soap. Also, we stayed in February and the temperature was 34 degrees and the minimal water was COLD!!! We stayed there...

Thought the West Star deserved a better review than it has, the staff were very friendly and efficient, rooms were clean and nicely laid out, the bed was heavenly, like sleeping on a cloud! they have lovely bar staff and the drinks were well poured! It was wonderful to be able to drink, play pool or the machines in your...

Beds were horrible, and stained. Everything was dirty or stained and old in the room. Dirty prints on the wall that has obviously never been cleaned. Keep passing through or stop anywhere else but here. Staff was super nice but that's the only thing nice about this hotel.

This place is a little older, but the rooms are nice, the beds comfortable, it has a snack bar and casino right in the hotel so you don't have to go any place. I choose this place because I was traveling with a dog. It's 1 of 2 places that accept animals. The other place puts you in a room...

This place is far from a resort. So dirty, unkept, outdated and completely over priced! The entrance is inundated with cigarette butts, weeds, and upon entering the building you are confronted with a pungent smell of cigarette smoke and an old dirty building. The lobby, hallways and elevator are not air conditioned and have a very strong odor. The rooms...

The hotel was somewhat deserted,so it seemed somewhat awkward at check-in. The woman at the front desk was kind enough to give us an early check in. The room was large, but in need of some improvements. The carpets and the chair were dirty and the room was very dusty. The managements friendliness made up for any of the issues...

I stayed at the West Star while on business in Jackpot. It was a busy concert weekend and we were not able to stay at Cactus Pete's. The rooms were decent. Nothing fancy, but clean and well kept. The owner and his wife were wonderful. Very nice people who seem very interested in our trip and made sure we were...

I have stayed at west star couple of time in the past and always enjoyed my stay here.I had great experience at west star. Very well kept room, clean, comfortable, great service and off course free breakfast. I will come back and will always stay here.

Not a pleasant experience at all. Ended up checking out in the middle of the night. Bad lighting in the hallway, elevator stinks, yellow water comes out of bathtub, toilet not cleaned and bathtub as well. Cactus Pete's right down the street. You can't cancel reservation. If you do you won't get refund. Buy a tent you're better off.
