If you are looking for a quiet place in the middle of chaos, this is the one. With no casino and no smoking it is a much quieter resort than any we have stayed at in Vegas. It is clean, spacious and staff attentive. There is no charge for umbrellas at the pool, which you definitely need if you want to protect yourself from sun. It is a bit of a walk off the strip, but during daytime hours you can cross the street and walk through the mall.

This hotel was on the top of my list but that was in the past. Now they have sunk to a level far below what they used to be. The building itself is fine, just like so many of the Vegas hotels but the 'service' is now sub-par. It WAS a friendly, welcoming part of arriving in Vegas, but like so many other establishments, it is operated by people and people sometime can have less than the best attitude and representation for their place of employment. It's unfortunate but true, expecting any level of quality and professional service these days is certainly not easy to find.

Free valet service, free coffee, free tea, free toiletries, free bottles of water, etc.; so what's not to like? This was a timeshare exchange, so I don't know if all rooms have this but we had a full kitchen with full size appliances. When your trash can is full they send someone up to empty it. The onsite restaurant is expensive but these days so is everything else in Vegas. But at least we could cook in the room. I really wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Vegas if i ever go again.

Non smoking hotel, we really like it with fresh and clean air inside the hotel. Unlike all other resorts in Vegas where u can always smell bad smoke odor. This hotel is also very clean, well maintained, it’s quiet & convenient with short walking distance to Vegas strip. A very nice fashion mall with great variety of food is just across the hotel, we really enjoy our stay at Trump. We’ll definitely come back & stay here again when visiting Vegas.

Front desk is lazy and don't care and make you wait for 2 hours or more for a room only to find out it's on the train side. Jason at the front desk thinks I'm not a good fit here at the Trump. Don't buy a timeshare here. This happens all the time. I come 4-5 times a year. ☹️

I have stayed twice in this hotel and the plus side is no casino and no smoking you are close enough to go to a casino . very friendly staff and very clean great breakfast on our last day in the lovely restaurant . I only have one thing that was a bit disappointing and that was the courtsey bus no longer in use that would be good if it started again

EXCEPTIONAL! The complete staff from the time I checked in until the time I checked out. Everyone at this hotel was truly professional. I really like how the the layout of the rooms and the hotel lobby, appreciated there being hotel security and courteous staff who truly catered to everything I needed. If I return to Las Vegas I will definitely stay at the Trump.

From the moment you walk in you are met with such extravagance. It’s truly breathtaking. The staff here are so gracious and friendly, a massive thank you to Will at reception for he’s level of customer service and also friendly attitude. Nothing was to much. We had an amazing upgrade as we were getting married. The room was unbelievable. A whole view of the strip, marble floors and walls. A triple speed jaquzzi bath, power shower, housekeeping everyday. Replenished coffee and water daily. Fridge in the rooms, microwave small cooker. We were blown away by everything Trump towers had to offer. You simply came out of the hotel and walk straight through the mall and you are on top of anywhere downtown or uptown you want go. We felt blessed where we chose to stay. We would definitely visit again. The pool was super nice also. Thank you everyone at Trump towers. Mr and Mrs Jones.

I tend to write reviews only when things are awesome or terrible. The Trump in Las Vegas falls into the latter category. The Good: the check in process was smooth and easy and the food and service at the bar was very good. The Bad: the rooms while large are showing some wear and tear. The Very Bad: 1) In five star hotels one shouldn't have to request your room to be serviced. That said, I made the request each day and my room was never serviced (see picture). 2) On consecutive days I returned to a room without functioning air conditioning. Repairs were made within 30 minutes and the room cooled within another 90 minutes, but this was really inconvenient especially if you are coming back just to crash after a long day at a conference. 3) The linen and towels are substandard in general and in particular I had two towels that were actually frayed and would be used for washing my dog at home (see pictures) At check out I voiced my concerns. The particulars were not acknowledged and all I got was a curt response that "we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations". Really, is their bar so low that not providing the basics that you can get in an everyday Holiday Inn cannot even be acknowledged?
