This hotel needs a refresh. The rooms are getting worn out. The staff is friendly but the management hides and is not very hospitable. You can feel the tension between staff and management. Management thinks they are doing you a favor letting you stay there.

A spacious, clean, light-filled suite. View over north of city, over new LV convention centre. And to the Barry Manilow billboards at Westgate. Handy base for walking around Las Vegas. Atmospheric bar near foyer. There’s an inhouse laundromat.

Loved it! Stayed with my husband for our honeymoon trip in the States before heading back to London. Well equipped, spacious rooms (although was more like a suite), staff friendly, offers city maps and great recommendations for nights out., great room service options!

This was one of the worst Marriot properties I have ever stayed in. I am very pleased with most properties from Marriott. I love Marriott. Not this one. The front desk people were good at their job, so it is not because of them. They made up for everything wrong with this place. The waiter in the “lobby restaurant” gave very bad service and the food was not worth the enormous cost-I have had better free food at other hotels. The waiter rushed us and was just there because he had to work, which is fine, but it is not fine for a Marriott property. He also did not answer questions about the food so it was awkward. The food delivery was the worst. Half the order was missing, and the delivery guy said he replaced a missing order with another item, but it was never delivered. Beverages ordered were also not included in the order. $50 with additional tip is outrageous for one omelet and a quesadilla with no drinks .(ordered hot chocolate and juice and a muffin and none of these were delivered). The sink didn't drain. This is a very bad hotel, but it's okay since it is in Vegas and Vegas has gone downhill since 2017 anyway. I wasn’t expecting it to be good, but I didn’t know it would be lousy.

I am in Vegas for conventions/trade shows several times per year. If the show is at the Convention Center, I always stay at the Las Vegas Marriott. It is not a glamourous property. There is no casino and no shops. But the location is great for the convention center (directly across the street from West Hall), and the staff is just outstanding. It is mostly the same people behind the front desk and in the restaurant, year after year. And they know how to treat their guests. The rooms are comfortable and laid out well. Just not deluxe. I highly recommend this property.

Work trip sent me here. They emailed all my info and a credit card to the staff. They said they need my credit card and couldn’t use the business card we sent them. Waited in lobby over half an hour. Keep getting the run around. Eek wish I could just cancel the whole room

Dear camronc694, Thank you for the review of your stay with us. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival and if you felt we did not handle the situation properly. Please know that due to one of our policies, your authorization form was not approved, because of which we needed a credit card to hold the incidental charges on. Since the card was declining for incidentals, a delay occurred in your check-in, but we hope now it has all been resolved. It was a pleasure hosting you here, and we hope to see you again soon. Warmest Regards, Melissa Irons, Front Office Manager

Live up to the Marriott brand, professional service and clean rooms with nice view to the stripe. There’s some distance to the busy area especially difficult to walk in summer hot weather. But still close enough and more reasonable price compared to the strip hotels

Perfect location for convention goers (across the street!), friendly staff at the front desk and restaurant, and no gambling distractions or smoking health risks. The rooms are not updated and still have the look and feel of Marriott's 10 years ago...but beds are comfy.

Lauren and the entire front desk staff were incredibly accommodating. I was on the strip every day and most days I walked and it took roughly 17 minutes to walk to the Wynn. I took an Uber back nightly and it was less than 15 bucks and roughly an 8 min or less ride. I highly recommend this hotel due to the staff and you are close enough to the strip that you can get there, but not have to deal with all the other elements. Lauren and staff thank you again! I look forward to my next stay !

We chose this hotel so we were not in the busy area of the Strip yet wanted to be close to it. We used the monorail from the convention center stop to get to and from the Strip. I have 2 things that are super important to me when staying at a hotel: Noise and cleanliness. There was zero internal noise heard from our room and the room was spotless. The bathroom was spotless. They were only 2 bath towels in the room for the two of us and I use 2. We asked for a couple more and they were sent up quickly. Unfortunately, when the room was refreshed, they only left 2 towels. Not a huge deal. Every employee we encountered was friendly and smiling. Shout out to all the front desk employees for doing a great job! The elevators were fast and we never had to wait more than a minute. The breakfast was delicious and can we talk about the servers?? Such a treat to see their smiling faces each morning. We tried both the buffet and made to order breakfast and both were great! Parking is included and we never had trouble finding a spot. We will definitely stay here again!!
