Wonderful hotel!!! The staff is so kind and we loved the bar/restaurant inside! I think this is where we will stay when we visit Vegas from now on! It’s just down the street from the strip! And right in front of the convention center. I love this hotel!

Hotel's Favourite
I've stayed here because Western River Expeditions uses it to stage their Grand Canyons rafting trips, but if I was using it for a personal stop-off point, I would still consider staying here. The rooms are not ginormous like on the strip, but they are very attractive mini-suites. The pool area i OK, but nothing like the big resorts. The west wing of the convention center is right across the street, and the monorail is around the corner. I Ubered a lot and I never had to wait more than seven minutes. If I had a beef with the hotel, it was the restaurant, as the chef has a bad habit of adding items to a dish that are not listed on the menu. I ordered a tomato and cucumber salad, and it was covered with olives, which I do not like, and ruined the taste of the whole salad. They have a nice bar area also, and the barstaff are very friendly.

Had another great experience at this hotel Staff is always willing to go out of their way to make your visit a pleasure When you walk through the main doors - you are greeted with a smile and a welcome back comment! Very surprised to see all the negative comments about customer service Been staying here for years with at least 4 trade shows at one of the convention halls Shout out to Gonzalo and Danielle for outstanding breakfast service year after year Look forward to many stays in 2023

I typically don't write reviews, but as a loyal Bonvoy member and frequent business traveler, I'm highly disappointed with this property and its management. My colleague had a terrible experience dealing with incompetent employees, a subpar room, and sketchy policies; that only applies to this Marriott property, according to management. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment with business or leisure travel. The surrounding convention center properties are much more pleasant and take care of their guest appropriately.

This is a bad hotel in many ways. 1, the hotel shows its age despite room renovation. For example, there is no outlet to charge your phone next to bed or desk. Ceiling is low. The flat cheap door looks like motel. The lobby is small and crowd. A serious issue is air condition is very weak in public area. This is a quite sized hotel but it only has 3 elevators. Long waiting and frequent stops frustrate you. 2, it’s not a suite hotel as they claimed. They just arranged room differently. Room size is no larger than that of a regular hotel room. The actual useable area is smaller because of the configuration. 3, it’s at an isolated location, away from most Vegas activities. You need taxi to everywhere, which adds your expense substantially. The area doesn’t feel safe. 4, Internet is $15 per pay per guest. 5, more ridiculous, they charge $8 per piece per day for luggage storage. 6, parking is $20 a day. It’s one of few hotels in Vegas don’t provide free parking. Hotel doesn’t provide shuttle service. 7, with all the unexpected extra cost, your actually hotel rate doubles. 8, restaurant is bad. There is no other restaurants nearby because of the isolated location.

My vehicle was broken into in the secured parking structure on this property. The staff was not helpful and refused to contact the police. Furthermore, once the police arrived the staff were still uncooperative and not helpful. I filled out a claims report with Marriott and the claims department basically said sorry about your luck..... really, this is how you run your company. I was a loyal Marriott member because I travel a lot for work. After this experience, I'll never stay at another Marriott again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott. The location is right by the Convention centre close to the North End of tbe Strip. It's relatively close to the strip while feeling removed and much more quiet. It's only a block or so from the monorail which we used but next time I'd just walk to the Strip (the monorail is a pain to access and the amount of walking just to get on And off makes just walking not much more work). The property is slightly dated but well kept and the staff were all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The rooms are all oversized one room suites (I believe they're all pretty much the same with the exception of being one king or two queen). We had a two queen suite and it had a large seating area, a good sized bathroom and a wet bar and fridge. We ate breakfast there both days of our stay off the menu and also the buffet. The food was delicious as was the coffee and the buffet includes made to order eggs which was nice. The pool is small but nice and very warm and there's a cool outdoor area with seating, giant Jenga and Cornhole which we enjoyed playing. Parking was a reasonable $20 and we appreciated that there was plenty of free ev chargers (tesla and regular). We'll definitely be back!

I probably was expecting a larger property for a Marriott. Very convenient location (right opposite Convention Center). Restaurant and bar are quite small - no dedicated Executive Lounge. Hotel has a busy and efficient front desk. Status is unimportant to them - no room upgrades, no recognition etc - but it does what it says on the tin... Would I stay here again? Yes on Bonvoy points, but if I was looking for a different experience, I'd choose something else.

I think this Marriott has been here a long time, but it is very nicely appointed and updated. The room was large and had plenty of storage space and a sitting area away from the bed where you could watch tv or read without disturbing a fellow sleeper. The staff was well trained and knowledgeable and the bar and restaurant area was clean and pleasant. The bartenders and servers were head and shoulders over most I have encountered. The location is perfect - just a couple blocks off the strip (near the Wynn) and walking distance to the convention center. It is also close to a monorail station for those who find it useful. The room tariff is acceptable for a higher end hotel, and I was very pleased withour stay.
