The room was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable, shower worked well, and front desk service was great. Breakfast in the cafe was delicious. Our only complaints are that the air conditioner was really loud and we could feel the floor vibrate as people walked down the hall. All in all, it was a good room for a good price. I'd stay there again.

We ate here a couple of times at the pub . The meal was really nice and with a litre of house wine was well worth the visit. The hotel itself is a little tired but I would recommend the pub food it was really nice I had fish and chips and my husband had the pasta dish . Definitely will return

Checkin is at 3pm so if you have an earlier flight know that you’re going to have to carry your bags for the entire day. There were fleas in our hotel room, the tv never worked, the WiFi always cut out every hour, and the phones for the rooms didn’t work. Absolutely unprofessional service from start to finish….

Overnight stay to pick up family for a roadtrip. After almost 12 hrs driving, I was looking forward to a good meal & a beer (the hotel listed a casino, brewery & a couple dining options onsite). Took way too long to check in, got stuck behind a large party & the check in desk seemed short staffed. And ALL the dining options were also showing at least 30 minute waits... ended up with a couple slices of pizza (which were quite good) from the overly smoky casino. The room was in good condition & was comfortable. However, I woke up the next morning to leaf blowers before 8 AM... really?

i initially booked a 7 nights stay but after just one night we had to check out, every morning there were cops waiting in the lobby for god knows what reason, there were fights and loud noises at night, but that's the not even the reason why we had to get out, in the morning we discovered that there was blood that isn't ours on the pillows! and after all that the hotel didn't even refund us our money... do not go in there.

The room & property was clean, staff was all super friendly, check in & check out was easy, the beds were comfy, ac worked good, tv was easy to use, coffee maker in the room was helpful, received two bottles of water every day, elevator was quick, pool area is small, but nice. This is honestly the best "budget" hotel I've ever stayed at. The only improvement that could be made is the towels, they were a little rough, but most hotel towels are so not a huge deal. We LOVED the restaurants at the casino next door as well (The Front Yard, Village Pub & Cafe, and Via Focaccia were all great, we didn't try the BBQ or pizza). I plan on staying here any time I'm in Vegas!

Although it is on older hotel my both of my rooms were very clean & specious. They had a fridge & micro wave.. The rooms came with 2 bottles of free water. The sheets & towels were of good quality. The hotel staff was friendly & helpful - they printed my boarding pass. The best was it had free parking which is very rare in L.V.

We love coming to Ellis Island for the food and the casino, so we decided to take a chance and stay at their hotel this time visiting Las Vegas. We were pretty disappointed overall in the condition of the rooms. Upon arrival, we saw phone chargers and Ibuprofen left in clear sight on the floors from previous guests. The bed was very uncomfortable and the linens were dirty. The pillowcases were stained compared to the sheets, which we also found true of the curtains. At first we thought the curtains must be cream colored with a faint design on them, but when you got closer it was evident that they were just stained and dirty. There was also dirt caked around doorways and in wall crevasses. This hotel has so much potential, but needs a serious deep clean! We assumed after waiting hours for check in that our room would be spotless, but that was not the case. Perhaps we could try staying here again in the future once they improve their housekeeping standards.

Rooms ok, no microwave, but if you want, you can rent one for 10$/Day. No thx, go next door to the 7 eleven and use theirs. One night, our door key didn't work, had to call for them to let us in, had to wait for them awhile. Room phone did not work. Prefer to stay closer to the strip, its only a block away, but there are no shortcuts across to strip. Have to go up and around Ballys to the strip.

Horrible, got a laptop stolen. After calling 3 times and leaving multiple voicemails they finally answered the phone after 21 days from the incident. They said they didn’t find any evidence and weren’t willing to do anything. They didn’t show me any investigation or evidence that they even looked into the incident. Probably someone from the inside. Waiting on the police report. DO NOT STAY HERE
