I flew in from the U.K. to spend some time with my friend who’s a Vegas resident. She treated us to a night in the Encore. Hotel itself has a great vibe and is actually very relaxed. Great music playing which is further enhanced by an Alexa in the room. However, in the room, there were handprints on the mirror and closet doors. Hair in the bath (yuk), the basin in the bath needed a clean on the side from a spillage and the window surround in the room also had something on it which I chose not to investigate! The main mirror above the fridge was dusty and the bedside table hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was also a tap leak on the bath though clearly this isn’t anyone’s ‘fault’. Whilst these aren’t ‘devastating’ problems we did expect more from such a beautiful hotel. All was relayed to front desk. The pool area at both the Wynn and the Encore is fabulous but with one MAJOR ISSUE, no umbrella’s for shade!!!! You HAVE to sit in direct sunlight if you’re not lucky enough to find a shaded bed. This for me was an unforgivable error. Even if you live in a country that is hot you wouldn’t sit in direct 90 degree+ heat if you were sensible. Being of pale skin this was a serious issue for me, and I’m guessing, many many others! I expect more in such a resort. Encore management you need to remedy this as this one point would stop me staying with you again. It’s dangerous to not provide shade.

I’m surprised with the rates we paid, given the wealth of experience we were offered during our stay. There are too many pros to list and not enough space to write about them. I actually FaceTime my boyfriend from the bathroom because that was something out of a magazine. that’s how nice it is (lmao). On-site casino, restaurant, coffee shop, boutiques, you name it, and it will be just few steps away from your room. I wasn’t raised around luxury so i have a whole other level of appreciation for the entire experience. Just be aware that everything you consume in the premises is expensive. Also, I was there for 3 nights and there was a $1k security deposit placed on my credit card in addition to the stay charges. The security deposit wasn’t released until almost a week later.

maybe tower is 5 star, regular encore is not. If facing south, you will hear disco pounding from their outdoor pools on Friday and Saturday until 3am. I gladly would have taken the other side of the hotel. No water bottles room. Upon arrival, prior guest left backpack (how did housekeeping miss this?), one of the in room candy jars was missing too (will I get charged, dont know e-bill never showed up, which I requested on my express check out card). Towels nice, Drapes do block light, shower head could be better. 2 sinks, private toilet area. Room nicely appointed. Wish it was a true suite with sitting area being closed off from bed area. Check in kiosk didn't work (think out of key cards). Pool server, got drink order wrong, never came back with fix, then she went off duty. Drinks were slow. Next day Cabana - asked for more and never showed up. Casino staff generally very friendly. Great looking hotel and great looking people.

We have stayed at the Encore in the past and always had a wonderful time. After reading many recent reviews we wondered if our experience would not be favorable. However, I am delighted to report that our experience was excellent. We booked a room for 2 nights and then decided to upgrade the room to the Encore Towers. Stephanie checked us in at the registration area and there was not any line. She was extremely professional, friendly and very helpful. We stayed in room 2607 and there was little noise if any. In the past, we did experience the loud music late at night but not in this room. The housekeeping staff was very attentive almost anticipating our needs. Bravo to them! Whenever we saw anyone in the hotel staff they were always courteous and polite. While we did not use the gym it looked very inviting. The bellman greeted us with a smile and a bottle of cold water which was really appreciated in 110 degree weather. The security team helped make sure that everyone was safe. We really had an excellent experience and we would highly recommend this property. We look forward to coming back again soon!

While at Encore Beach Club, I was asked by security to move my medical devices and could not keep them in a location where I could safely supervise my equipment. I explained that I had a medical condition and under ADA policies I need to keep my equipment with me or provided accommodations. None of this happened and due to having to move my items, my medical equipment was damaged. I filed an incident which the hotel decided to ignore and close. This 5 star hotel is doing nothing about replacing a $199 medical device that was damaged due to their lack of following ADA policies. I wrote an email explaining how my rights as a disabled person were violated and Brigitte Frith wrote back that there was nothing they would be doing. I don't even think she read about the email. Also wanted to add that when I notified security that my medical device was damaged because I had to move my belongings to an unsafe location, he told me that they should not have had me compromise my medical equipment and asked as we walked around if I was able to point out the security guard who asked me to move my things. I'm completely disgusted with the way this whole issue has been handled. It feels like they're taking advantage of the fact that everybody at he day club had been drinking and just wont take you seriously... "since you're just some drunk girl at the club". I very clearly explained my rights and it feels like they're writing it off as if I'm asking a cell phone to be replaced. The resorts about us page states " Our commitment to making every visit a once-in-a-lifetime experience to our guests is what makes us who we are. " That might be true if you are an able-bodied person, but they don't seem to give a flying whatever if you're disabled with an invisible illness. I'm not sure why Guest Claims is not taking this ADA violation seriously.

I don't usually take the time to write a review, but I felt like I needed to share my experience during my stay at the Wynn Encore because it was such a disappointment! I have stayed in Vegas at least 30 times, staying at the Encore Wynn several times in the past few years. My vacation experiences at the Wynn have always been top tier. However, last year's stay and again during my stay this summer, I encountered so many unfortunate problems that made it a horrible experience. I think the biggest issue during my stay this summer was that I discovered numerous random charges made to my Debit card during my stay and then again weeks after I left! I understood that my card would be charged for the room and incidentals, but when I noticed random charges pending on my card, I went to the front desk to inquire about it. After waiting for a long time with no one even in line, I was able to talk to someone at the front desk and they gave a very poor explanation that these mysterious charges were to see that my card was still working. Over $1000 was being held to cover any future costs already, so I wasn't sure why that would even be necessary. The employee was extremely rude and dismissive. A couple weeks later I noticed more charges appearing on my debit card account and when I called they told me they would have to look in to it. I wasn’t even at the resort! Very concerned with security for my bank account, I asked that they remove my card info from their records and she said she couldn’t do that that she could only make a note on my account. The charges were eventually credited back, but several weeks later! The other issue I had during my stay was that I had called housekeeping to come make up my room and bring fresh towels several times and they only came one time during my entire week stay. We ended up at Resorts World on our last day in Vegas, because of a Katy Perry concert, and we felt like they were more attentive and responsive to our needs!! I really regret not booking that hotel for our entire stay!! I also have stayed at Vdara a number of times and have never had any issues! After my stay I was sent a survey for the Encore Wynn and after reading my responses, they sent a form letter letting me know they will work harder to do better. I definitely would not recommend the Encore or Wynn Hotel!

We have stayed at Wynn Las Vegas on multiple occasions and up until yesterday considered it one of the best resorts on the strip. After our recent stay at Encore I can no longer recommend this resort and will stay elsewhere on future trips to Vegas. We booked 3 rooms using the Wynn App as it allowed us to add on guaranteed early check-in at 11am and late check-out at 4pm. On 08/28/22 (our final day) we paid the extra $100 to have guaranteed late check out at 4pm. We left 1 of the rooms at noon to head to Jardin’s for brunch. After returning back to the room at 3pm our room key would not open the door. After knocking on the door we were surprised to find new guest had been checked into our room. Thousands of dollars worth of designer clothes and accessories missing. These are items that you can’t put in the safe nor would you ever consider to as you would never think that at a luxury property such as Wynn Encore room service would steal your belongings. At this point I’m thinking this is the Wynn there is no way our stuff is stolen, most likely they mixed something up in their system and assumed we checked out and room service probably took our belongs at lost and found. After multiple hours of back and forth discussions with the rep at the front desk who attempted to address this issue we have yet to find our missing property. I also found it odd that what the representative was telling us didn’t seem to add up. He first told us the reason our room was given to another guest was because we check out at 3pm. That doesn’t make sense because when I could not getting into my room at 3pm and I knocked on the door and the new guests opened up they were already in my room at 3pm. How would room service clean my room and new guests gain entry if I supposed check out at 3pm. The timeline didn’t add up. When we explained that to them and asked them to check who was the staff member that cleaned our room they opened an investigation. Another representative approached us so we can complete a lengthy report. At this point we have yet to received any resolution, any compensation, and the timeline of events don’t add up. We feel like we are being lied to cover up the resort dropping the ball and protecting an employee who is thief and should not be working in such as establishment. It truly a shame! We all enjoyed our tables at Encore Beach Club, we had a unforgettable night at Delilah’s, enjoyed our brunch as Jardin’s, had an exceptional message at the Encore Spa, and ended our stay with a pleasant dinner at Cipriani and of which we would recommend. However, to have a room check out without our permission, have our property stolen, and given no real resolution with a timeline that simply does not add up is unacceptable. An establishment of this caliber cannot be allow to have incidents such as this. Unfortunately, after a quick search online we found multiple incidents related to theft at Wynn Encore. We have lost our trust and will not stay here in the future. I’ll end by quoting a Las Vegas Police officer at the Wynn as we were explaining our situation to him hoping to get some advise he stated that “ sounds that the hotel dropped the ball and they will be liable for reimbursing you.” No updates as of yet … what seemed like the perfect weekend was unfortunately ended on a bad note. Unfortunately, when you are travelling with a group/family, when 1 person is affected the entire group is caught in the mess as well.

How can a hotel call itself "five star", and sell rooms with music thumping right outside your window until 4-5 in the morning?? I am writing this review from room 2342, at 4:54 am on a MONDAY MORNING, because I literally couldn't sleep until now due to the nonstop obnoxious noise We usually spend a month in Vegas 2-3 times a year and I have NEVER had such a terrible night. NEVER.!! We typically stay at Bellagio due to MGM comps,etc. But I just HAD to try something new. Why!?!? Here is the journey so far. Spent first week in Bellagio s newly renovated rooms (our usual hotel).... Excellent. Next, spent a week in Resorts World Conrad's beautiful rooms (half the price of Encore.)... Excellent Now at the Encore...but . .I would have been better off staying at the airport Holiday Inn!! At least I could have gotten some sleep. Completely unacceptable. Who care how fancy your room is if you can't sleep in it? Sorry for ranting about the same thing twice,, but I just can't believe this is really happening! We are going to Red Rock in 4 days and I will be counting those days like a prisoner waiting for release.. Do yourself a favor and stay at Bellagio. They treat their guests wonderful. I will update my review either way after I speak with guest services. Hopefully I can report some good news, if I haven't gone crazy from sleep deprivation by then.

Upon arrival we were told that the king bed room we booked was no longer available. Instead, we would need to take a room with two queen beds that is ‘going to be noisy as it is near the clubs.’ We simply wouldn’t have EVER booked a room with two queens and like most travellers don’t seek a noisy bedroom. But, like most convos we had with staff at the encore, there was nothing they could do. Day 2 and getting breakfast at the encore is akin to getting on to the busiest ride at Disneyland - expect waits of 1.5 hours. Day 2, evening, and our room hasn’t been turned down once since we’ve arrived. It isn’t cleaned during the day. Nothing. Something that the cheapest hotels in the world can do for you but at the Encore - we are told - it is now on the customer to request cleaning services. We were NOT told this at check in. Feels like the hotel is focused on over-selling and not on customer service. Do not recommend.
