The Downtowner consist of 3 buildings and 88 renovated rooms: Main Buidling (newly renovated Fairway rooms), The Wylde (adjacent from the main building), and The Clubhouse (located across the street from the main building). Modern guest facilities; centrally located in the downtown area. We have a 6-hole mini golf course in our courtyard for our guests to enjoy. Our Fairway rooms have been totally renovated (2019)

This place checks all the boxes for me, quiet, comfortable, and cool (both decor and temperature). This is a great place to stay close to the action of downtown, but you don’t have the noise and crowds as soon as you open the door to your room. Stayed here throughout the week during a business conference, and it was a great respite from tiring days of business. Not to mention you can have a beer and play putt putt.

The Downtowner is a cute motel close to Fremont street! Leslie at the front desk is amazing and very friendly! The rooms are clean and nice! Getting around to different areas is very easy! The pool area is nice and the mini golf was a blast! We will stay here again!

Location was near the Fremont experience. Which is something to see, I’m guessing less than 5 blocks. Very retro setting ! Has a cute put put course in the court yard. Now if you want to be near the strip it’s closer to 5 miles away.

I have stayed in this Hotel a coue time and everytime I stay it is so quiet and clean and the front desk people are very kind and treat you so nice and friendly I would recommend you stay here and very affordable

Staff were excellent, had several storms that blacked out the area but staff were great in helping us deal with it, hotel is in great location and is clean and tidy. Comfy bed, great place to stay near Fremont street.

I love the staff here! They’re so funny and welcoming you instantly feel comfortable! Thank you guys. My second stay there and it’s not my last! :) it’s very close to coffee, restaurants and bars you can walk to all the areas from this location! I recommend the restaurant (EATS) down the street excellent food and wonderful staff! .. Just love downtown Vegas!!

Had to find a not too expensive place in Vegas due to a death in the family, and the Downtowner fit the bill. Nice clean rooms a few blocks from the Fremont Street area, which was a bonus. No fridge or microwave so may not be the best option for families with children, but plenty of dining options nearby and the 24 hour bar in the lobby came in handy. Very nice and helpful people. Would definitely stay again

Such a cute Lil property and I loved the putt putt course and the staff was amazing! Dee is a rock star!!!! There is great inexpensive food near by and a Lil mini mart with everything you may need. 12/10 would visit again!
