This property was very nice, and we have no complaints at all. The resort fee is 45.00 per night and when added to our booked room rate of 30.00 per night you just can't beat that! We stayed on the 5th floor and did not have any view at all, but we were there to go to the Grand Canyon and see a show or two and check out the buffet at the Palms. Bally's is perfectly located on the strip, and you can walk everywhere but the walks will be long... wear walking shoes and don't bother with uber/or taxis as traffic is a total mess from what I've seen. We will definitely go back because we had fun overall and dint lose too much,

Great center strip location for all you walkers out there. My rate was great but I also usually only travel to Vegas on weekdays for that reason. Resort fee was expected so that’s never a shock and it was an easy $10 upgrade for a great view of the high roller. My daughter and I love sleeping with the curtains open and all Those Glorious strip lights…. Downsides: Being charged for parking, I know this was a thing most casinos started charging for recently but esp as a guest it’s quite annoying. Also, check in was hectic. While I enjoy a good check in kiosk, the line during peak check in was very time consuming, “online check in” was advertised but it seemed a kiosk was still needed to complete. If there was a way to streamline it, that would be great. Overall, I always enjoy my time in Vegas no matter what property.

Second time at Bally's, Check-in was terrible. At CET's urging, I used the express check-in feature early Friday morning. Normal check-in is at 4:00 p.m. Wandered around the strip until about 2:00 then headed to Bally's. Went to the kiosk to get my keys and was told I would get an email when the room was ready. Waited another hour or so and still no email. Went back to the kiosk where fortunately I ran into Maya. She looked up my reservation and told me to try the kiosk again. Got the same message from the kiosk. Maya said that's not right and that my room was indeed ready. She checked me in. I had an Executive Suite in the Jubilee tower. It was a strip view. From my window I had a partially obstructed view of the Bellagio fountains and the Eiffel Tower. The room was nice. His and her vanities on opposite sides of the room. The room also had a jacuzzi tub. The room does need an update, but I guess since it's undergoing a name/ownership change there is no rush to update. The TV is too small for the room and the furniture is dated. Also, they have an iPod dock which is only good for the older models. At the time of booking this was a great deal for a Friday night. I would stay here again but it would be one of my last on-strip options.

It was our first time at the Bally’s & we stayed for 3 nights & 4 days at the Jubilee Room facing the Strip & Flamingo Dr. Self check-in 👍 Room is huge with a rain shower bathroom good for 2 people inside 👍 AC is good not too powerful 👍 Very clean & very quiet at night 👍 Parking is great & safe 👍 close to everything like food & entertainments 👍 Self check out 👍 Definitely coming back (this will be our vacation hotel every time we go to Vegas Baby 👍) & highly recommended 👍👍👍

We personally appreciate the no-fuss simplicity of Bally's casino as compared to some of the newer, flashier casinos. And with it's central location, you can experience all the flash you want with a short walk. It's undergoing some renovations to become a "Horseshoe", which it could use some touch ups, but I hope it doesn't lose its charm. I'd absolutely stay at Bally's again.

Things are a bit rundown at Ballys. we upgraded to a suite so we could have a nice room, and it was definitely better than a normal room, but definitely a bit rundown. The clientele was also not what we were hoping for. The hotel is definitely a bit on the rundown and ghetto side of the strip at this point, and the pricing of rooms and everything else was not on par with the condition of the place at all. My wife had to use the restrooms on the casino floor several times, and every time she went into one there was a homeless person or vagrant in the restroom making a mess of the place. Also, there is a security booth at the elevators to go up to the hotel rooms, but there was almost never a security guard at all. It seems there is just an overall lack of caring, or lack of staff at least. Paris next door had armed security follow vagrants around whenever one entered the hotel. The saving grace was the excellent food at the steakhouse, Jack Binion's Steakhouse. Their food and the ambiance was excellent. The pricing was not even too bad considering the food.

VOMIT, BLOOD AND SNOT ON WALLS! This hotel is absolutely disgusting! The first warning sign was the state of the lift, looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while, but it’s probably used by hundreds of people a day so I accept that. It then went from bad to worse. Our room had stains all over the walls and ceiling….not sure if this was vomit or blood. When I told reception they didn’t seem that surprised! No apology either. Next room was no better. This one has blood stains on the sheets and on the bathroom floor, not to mention snot stuck to the walls. I phoned reception and asked to speak to the manager…..’no one available’. I was then told that the house keeping supervisor would come to assess…..they never arrived! Thankfully Hotels.com moved me to a different hotel

I booked a Jubilee room with a strip view. I was given a Resort room with a view of the back parking lot. I questioned it and was told that the Resort room was an “upgrade”. I told them that I wanted the room that I booked and they ultimately gave it to me.

This hotel is in a great location on the strip. It is located in the middle and close to most things and bus stops. The hotel itself was good, rooms need more detailed cleaning like inside the cabinet where the fridge is kept, so dusty and around the vanity base around the square design was full of dirt. These are just minor things. Staff were friendly except for one of the staff at the box office. She had no name tag the day we were there on Sept 23 evening. Most rude person I saw and she even put her hand up in my friends face to tell her to stop talking when we were asking about a show. Absolutely and completely inappropriate as we were just inquiring on tickets, I could not believe it. Wish we had known about the concierge but only for a text from them on our way home, this was not helpful then as we were gone. Internet was spotty, your paying for these resorts fees and they are not either working or closed, we used up our data due to this. The pool is part of this fee and it is only open until 5pm which is absolutely crazy, hot place to be and pool not open in evenings. Should be open until at least 8pm I paid my resort fee and my friend’s fee was less than mine. Which makes no sense as it should be the same. We also did not know we could use the pool at Paris and Flamingo, which would have been nice to know on our first day there. The room had a fridge but no coffee maker which was disappointing most hotels provide coffee makers. All in all I would recommend this hotel if your not looking for an upscale room or accommodation. We choose is due to it’s location. Happy and safe travel! Pic is of the vanity.

We were on the run from 3am eastern time and landed in Vegas at 2pm vegas time. Had to wait almost 3 hours for them to fix our reservation that was made 3 weeks prior. Trip was paid for I'm full by my employers but I was still forced to pay 150 put of my account that was supposed to be refunded 10 days later still no refund. Will not go back. Room was dirty as well
