Located on Paradise Road (between Desert Inn Road and Sands Avenue; just E of the Wynn Golf Club), this is a very nice Hilton family property. All rooms are suites, with a separate living area and sleeping area. Very comfortable bedding; nice walk-in shower; good lighting throughout. Complimentary with your room rate is a buffet breakfast with cooked to order omelettes, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, juices, coffee, oatmeal, etc. This is very good. Also complimentary is an evening reception where you may obtain a couple of free drinks (limited selection). The fitness center provides treadmills, ellipticals, and free weights. There is one cables machine also, but when I was there it was missing one of the necessary two handles. The self-parking is fee-based and gated.

Hotel's Favourite
We have probably stayed in almost every hotel on and near the Las Vegas strip over the past 15-20 years. Where do we always come back to now....Embassy Suites Las Vegas Convention Center. We were in Las Vegas for meetings and 2 trade shows. Of course, the Embassy Suites is nearby, but so are many other hotels and many hotels that provide shuttle services to the convention center. So why do we stay at the Embassy Suites Convention Center. Well in the following order, Great and Wonderful Staff. Continued upgrades to the property. Proximity to the Convention Center. Just want to get some relief from all the lights, people, traffic, smoke, etc. So a salute to many former and current employees. I will start with those who made our most recent staff so enjoyable. Rick and Natasha (front desk), Geri & Marcela (Bar), and all those who we cannot name but made our visit so nice. A shout out to the breakfast staff. You are a great group to wake up to and always appreciate good food too. For those who we miss from past stays, Tad, Lorena, Sue (Happy Hour), Saddie, Jojo, Corrine, Liz, and Mady. Possibly this note of gratitude will make its way to you with good wishes. God Bless!

HORRIBLE HOTEL DO NOT STAY HERE. The photos in this post show the sink and tub stoppers have not been connected in a while. This seems to be OK with management who obviously is not doing their job. Also old leftover shampoo or body wash products dried on the back of the shower. Also, the mildew/dirt was ramped in the shower tile grout as well as the damaged area on the shelf that no staff seemed to care about.

The rooms are a bit dated and I think they forgot to clean my balcony. Most of the people I encountered were very nice though. To name a few was Ashley and Kylie in the breakfast area. Omelettes were delicious. Ricky and Marcy at front desk were awesome at getting me checked in and out. Andre, Kaylee and Carl in valet, they always had my car ready for me by the time I got outside so that was super convenient. I didn’t like having to pay for parking but guess that’s what Las Vegas does everywhere.

This is a very nice facility, but I would not venture out on the sidewalk at night because of the sketchy area. We will not be returning to Vegas anytime soon-the prices have skyrocketed on everything like I have never experienced in my 67 years!

This is not what I expect from an Embassy Suites. The hotel needs some work. 2 mornings in a row, they shut off the water while I was in the shower. I could NEVER get the internet to work. I was even on the phone for an hour with their internet support. They were able to get it to work for about 30 minutes and that was it. The entire time I was there, I had to use my cell phone hotspot to get internet on my laptop. As a lifetime Diamond with Hilton Honors, I expect a lot more and I will not be staying here ever again. Too many hotels to choose from in Las Vegas.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Close to monorail and bus stops. Shuttle service. Did not use pool but looked clean. Evening reception snacks consisted of "chex mix" and goldfish 😥

no soap, no shampoo, no hoousekeeping, they make housekeeping ony under request (but no one tells you have to request that) . If you pay 250 per night you expect at least a good housekeeping on a daily basis...

I spend 100 nights per year in just Hilton brands alone. I'm middle aged and not high maintenance. Additionally due to my industry/company I've been required to travel during the entire COVID nightmare. I totally understand the challenges and changes the pandemic brought to hotels and have a great deal of respect for the hospitality industry as a whole. The issues: My guest room. Dated and not very clean; visible dust everywhere. Horrible lighting in bathroom. So dark it was impossible to shave by. Air handler unit in room would alternat from air-conditioned air to actual heated air? Interaction with front desk was not always friendly or prompt. Communicating with maid staff was very challenging due to them not being able to effectively read or speak English. Breakfast was disappointing every morning, not to the standard of other Embassy Suites. Quality of prepared food was poor; limited variety; rotten bananas or no bananas at all; oatmeal burnt and missing any fixings; missing condiments in general. Evening reception was nearly impossible to get a drink. With one very slow bartender, I left after waiting 20+ minutes. Lack of security. Anyone has access to public areas, elevators and guest room floors. Repeatedly saw homeless people and people stuffing flyers under doors. In general would not recommend unless you get a very low rate and you accept the services Embassy Suites is known for will be diminished.

We were in town for a soccer showcase. We stayed in room 1020. AC was really loud, vent in the bathroom was dirty. I had put out our towels to be picked up (I called to let them know). I said I would stop by the front desk later in the afternoon to pickup fresh towels. Fast foward 6 hours, I get to the front desk and they don't have any towels. They say they will get me some shortly. I tell them I'm going to dinner and I'll stop by again after dinner. 2 hours later and still no towels. By this point there are two other people waiting for towels also. Ridiculous that we had to wait so long for some towels. The atrium layout of the hotel is just noisy. All that noise just filters right up to where the rooms are. I do not understand why hotels have doors that slam, to make sure all the folks nearby get awakened when someone leaves a nearby room? They really should have some sort of soft-close feature on the doors. Evening reception is 21 and over here - So my 18 year old couldn't even drink her soda in the reception area. This was not stated anywhere nor told to us at check in. Reception snack was chex mix and one beverage per person. Really not what we exected from an Embassy Suites. Not impressed
