I could write a book based on my 2 week stay. Nicholas, Donovan, Bernice you'll find greeting you with a smile and offer any assistance you'll need. House-keeping do the best job. Have breakfast and you'll find Jo Jo and Claudette working their tails off to ensure you have a wonderful breakfast. They are quick to refill the coffee and warming trays. Anthony I found to be the Adhoc gentlement. Besides driving the shuttle, he helped out the front desk, cleaning...you name it, he was their go to guy. Same with the front desk manager, Nicholas. I would see him cleaning, driving the shuttle doing whatever was needed. Donovan as well. Bottom line, the staff at Homewood Suites makes the trip well worth it. Another benefit is the hotel has parking and is off the main strip. Much more quiet and easy access. You're a short drive to the strip. Nice pool and hot tub to relax at in the evenings. I'll be back no doubt.

The room was very clean. The hotel staff were extremely friendly & professional. A big compliment to your chefs, Cindy & Precious for the daily phenomenal breakfast, clean dining facility & customer service. P.S. The grits were my daily go to ad they were insanely delicious.👍🏾💞

The morning staff was excellent! Breakfast was okay. The evening shift clerk (Jewels) was VERY VERY RUDE!!!! He was not helpful and he never offered any solutions., when asked about the area. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for good ole CUSTOMER SERVICE! Save your money and go somewhere else!

When I check in by the front desk manager, I inquired when did housekeeping occur with this propriety? I was told I would get housekeeping on Saturday (I arrived Thursday) when Saturday came and no housekeeping occurred, I have to go back down and get new towel and shampoo, soap and the same front desk manager was working, I ask why my room wasn't clean and he told me housekeeping only occurs of stays 5 or longer. I then reminded him he promised Saturday housekeeping. He scheduled housekeeping for the next day. I then ask him to have the GM contact me and I am still waiting to be contacted.

Location was an excellent choice for us. A little over two miles from the strip. The front interior was very welcoming. It looks new and clean. Breakfast is OK. Here's the bad part.... the carpet particularly on the 6th floor from the moment you get out from the elevator you can already smell bad odor in the hallway. I think it is coming from the carpet. It smells unclean, moldy and pet urine. We have to cover our nose every time we go.

I apologize that you had experienced a smell coming from the hallway. We shampoo our carpets frequently and have not heard of any smell from the hallways. Possibly a guest left trash outside for us to collect but can tell you the hallways are fresh and clean. We will share this with the housekeeping team. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! Dangerous, unsanitary and the management tells stories that are contradictory and untrue! On Friday, November 4th at 8:50 AM my partner was exiting the shower. The shower handle knob broke off in his hand and shattering the glass door, and he fell onto the glass causing several gashes on his right leg. He called the front desk to tell them what happened. They sent a maintenance man up to clean the glass. He took pictures and sent them to his manager Patti. She then called and asked if we wanted EMS. We said yes as we could not stop the bleeding. She (Patti) came up and also viewed the scene. EMS arrived and advised him to go to the hospital but by that time he had stopped bleeding so they cleaned him up and bandaged him. We rested and then went down to the lobby. I explained to the front desk woman that the room looked like a crime scene with blood and glass everywhere. I told her that the carpet needed to be cleaned because of the danger and the glass. We left the hotel. Donald returned soon after to rest and found the maid doing the "normal" vacuuming. I arrived back at the hotel at 5:00 PM and was appalled to find that the carpet still had blood spots and glass on it as well. The shower door had not been replaced. I spoke to the front desk manager and he told me that it would not be replaced during our stay because they didn't have any spares. And contrary to what the Engineer/Maintenance person said, that they never steam clean the carpets. I asked for another room and he told me they were sold out. I asked about other Hilton properties in Vegas and he said that they were not affiliated with any other hotel . Each is a separate franchise, He said he could move us in the morning. I asked about our bloody clothing and he gave us $2 in quarters for a coin laundry. He said that they could not give us slippers even though there was still blood and glass on the carpet. I asked for a copy of the incident or accident report and was told that I was not allowed to see it and that the only documents we could see were the witness statements . There was only one witness, the victim, who did NOT write a statement. On Friday night I emailed the General Manager. I have, to date, not received a reply to the email. On November 5th we returned to the hotel and the same night manager showed us to our new room. While checking out the room, I found the same knob/handle to be loose in the shower of the new room and had him tighten it. On Sunday, November 6th Patti called to ask for biographical information for the insurance company. I asked for a copy of the information and she said that she would provide it( contradicting what we had previously been told).. She also informed me that the manager Ms. DeLa Paz would meet with us on Monday at 8:30 AM On Sunday, we found that Donald's wounds were not looking good so we went to an Urgent Care facility. The doctor said that because days had passed, she could not stitch him up and that he would be permanently scarred. She gave him a tetanus shot and a course of anti-biotics. On Monday, the general manager did not show up for our appointment. We give Patti the bill for Urgent Care and we discovered that the Liberty Mutual claim is not available YET because it was just put in on Sunday (48 hours after incident) Patti assures us that Ms. DeLa Paz will meet with us the next morning and that she knows all about our situation On Tuesday, Patti tells us that Ms. DeLaPaz is not available until the afternoon. I did not accept her answer and told her that I was tired of being lied to and strung along. She told me to lower my voice. Don tried to calm me down and I left the lobby. I came back down to sit in the computer room and Ms. DeLaPaz arrives to chastise me for yelling at her employee. She threatens to send us to another hotel to which we replied that it was our understanding that you had no relationships with other hotels. She also claims that she never read my original email from Friday night. She also claims that an engineer had been in our room before and after the incident. I asked if he was in there, why would he leave glass in the shower. Why would he be in the room before the incident? The contradictions of individuals and between the staff compounded by the obfuscations about the contents of a claim is more than disconcerting. The fact that they were representing Hilton, sullies a reputation. It is now a full 8 days after the incident and we have yet to receive a copy of the insurance claim, the general manager has not responded to any of my 3 emails. So I reiterate: DO NOT STAY HERE! There is blood and glass still in room 205. The manager, assistant manager and the front desk manager will tell you three different “policies” and “facts.” My partner is still fighting the infection from the gashes on his leg.

It is unfortunate for us you chose to solely focus on this incident out of the entirety of your stay, but can understand. I can assure you this was an isolated incident and as explained to you in person, there is a process of steps we must go through as an entity to make the correct filings on incidents as such. I am aware also of some misunderstandings stated such as no affiliation with other hotels, and the maintenance presence of our engineering team in guest rooms, in addition to our in-person meeting. I am disappointed to hear our communication with you appeared as chastising and threatening. The matters mentioned to you of yelling at our employees were based off of camera footage reviewed and the hostile-style exchanged that occurred with our team that were trying to assist.

Loving the stay at Homewood Suites just 15 mins off the Strip. The hospitality, genuine warmth of the staff and little nice touches such as Wednesday night socials were so appreciated. The room was very spacious and the bed provided for a great night's sleep. Definitely would recommend if you like to escape from the hustle of the Strip and don't mind the flyover walk for 15mins.

I was there over the past Halloween weekend with my mother. The staff members JC and Larry were so amazing and helpful. Our experience was comfortable and amazing. We felt like it was home and they were family to greet us.
