My best friend and I have gone to Vegas every September for 14 years. We have stayed at several different casino hotels. Paris is fine. It's in a great location, the staff was friendly, the casino is nice, but not so big that you get lost. The pool leaves a lot to be desired, and the rooms are tight with 2 queen beds. The lighting in the bathroom is very poor, and there was no fan (weird, right?) One of the few bulbs in the bathroom was out, and our hot water handle came off in your hand every time we used it. We were warned housekeeping was short staffed and might not come. Which was true 2 of the days we stayed. I would stay again for a reasonable rate, I definitely would not pay up for Paris.
4 of us have been coming to Paris every August for 7 day to celebrate our Anniversaries. We also come 3 to 4 other times throughout the year. Paris hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Everyone has always been so friendly and every year there is always improvement in all areas. They make you feel like you matter. My only disappointment was the pool this year. That has always been highlight of our trip. Lazy days hanging at the pool during the day. In the past they the pool was always open early in the morning, you could go and do laps before the pool would fill or just sit and enjoy your morning coffee. It was also open year round. Now the pool does not open until 10 am closes at 5 and it's a nightmare to get in. You have to stand in line then go through security search to get in. Most days they only had 1/2 the pool opened. Having everyone crowed into 1/2 the pool on 105° days was horrible. The life guards are younger kids and they do the best they can. This year the pool was fility and slimey. Looking down to the pool was so different also. Before you would see people outside scrubbing tge pool area, chairs lined up perfectly and so inviting. Now you never see anyone cleaning the area its dirty, piles of towel sitting on chairs. Does not look inviting. I am really hoping this was just a fluke and all of this will be straightened out soon and it will go back to the fun exciting area. I love this hotel and I do recommend it highly. The best thing of all is Ronisha at the Diamond check in. She is one of your star employees.…
Seasoned Traveler here. Get ready for constant emails & text messages once you reserve a room to UPGRADE. We decided to upgrade but they did not honor it at the hotel once we arrived & came up w all sorts of excuses! And then they charged us for the Upgrade! Also for $500 a night there is no Coffee machine in the room! Check around there’s got to be better places to stay in Vegas!
It took us 90 mins to check in, with no personnel directing us where to go, some people just cutting in line. My friend needed to take her meds so I have to leave while she stays in line and get her a water bottle for almost $8, that should have been at least offered to us as a courtesy. The rooms are old and very smokey. The housekeeping was great though, they did their best. We will never stay here for a conference.
Great room and good service. Noticed a note on the bathroom mirror about saving water and energy. I have a really good suggestion about saving energy. The hall way by our room is freezing and the temperature in the casino is pretty cold also. We had to wear coats the eat lunch. Half way through our meal, everything was stone cold. Come on guys, raise the temperature. Look around and see all the women with coats and sweaters. It’s not healthy to go outside in the 90,s and go inside to 70 degree.
Ambiance of casino is nice. Check in is understaffed, they are pushing for everyone to use kiosks instead. Service is horrible except for the bartenders at Gustov. Nice Variety of Restaurants. Vanderpumps was amazing, except for snooty hostess. Casino bathrooms very dirty and messy. Rooms need renovation- black paint chipping, cracked tile floors. Housekeeping never attended our room. Location of hotel is ideal!
I'm trying to objective, but also honest. The front desk staff at check in was aloof and condescending, as if I was doing her a favor by staying there. Covid continues to be used as an excuse not to provide basic services like daily housekeeping and concierge service, although guests are expected to pay full price for the room. Our room was nice enough, with a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower and across the street, The Bellagio fountains. Our room was on the 24th floor, so was quiet, but was told it may get a little louder on weekends due to the night club in the Eiffel Tower. The location is great, in the middle of the strip. The bellman are friendly and could teach the front desk a lesson in professionalism. All the attractions seem to be open in Vegas for the most part, but the Paris is saving a ton of money by withholding services usually offered. My take - if you're gonna come to Vegas, don't expect pre-covid service, or at least call your hotel to see what services they are providing. …
A very disappointing stay due to Room Service, Cleanliness and Front Desk Staff. We recently stayed at the Paris Resort Las Vegas for 5 nights, during this time our room was only serviced once. Plus on arrival our bathroom looked as though it had not been cleaned properly, as the shower recess had hair still in it and there was stale coffee and utensil debris on the bathroom floor. The elevators were a filthy disgrace, they looked as though they had not been cleaned for a very long time. When I called House Keeping I was advised you don't pay for your room to be cleaned but they would send fresh towels up. Of course I took this matter up with front desk and they advised me rooms are only serviced every three days. I asked where on your website does it state this and the reply I received from staff was "You are making me have a bad day". Then after a conversation with the Front Desk Manager he offered a reduction of our Resort Fee from 5 to 2 days for compensation. Unfortunately once back in Australia I noticed my Credit Card had been billed for the full 5 days of Resort Fee. Never, never again would I stay at the Paris Resort.…
The location of Paris on the strip is phenomenal! Right in the middle of everything. With Paris and Bally's being conjoined was great surprise, this allowed us the walk in the air conditioning longer and accessiblity to the monorail! Loved the theming, restaurant options and found the staff ,who primarily speak French, very kind and helpful! We will definitely be back!
Reserved a non-smoking room. They did not honor the room type reservation and insisted I had to stay in a smoking room because they were oversold. This is disgusting. AVOID THIS PLACE. The people who work here are nice but whoever is running this place and creating this situation is stupid and incompetent.
