My husband & I & another couple stopped by for an after dinner cocktail . The view of the lights was amazing. The menu was creative & enticing. Quiet with a zen ambience a sheer delight for conversation & enjoyment. Service was impeccable.

This hotel is a wonderful calm oasis in the madness that characterises Las Vegas. There is no casino and therefore no smoke pervading the atmosphere, each time I returned to the hotel I found myself going 'ahhhh' and my shoulders relaxing as I smelt the delicious aroma that welcomes you. The staff are professional and welcoming and the food to... More

My wife and I have enjoyed many vacations in Las Vegas over the last 20 years, and have stayed in most of the finer resorts and hotels. On this occasion we thought we'd try out the Mandarin Oriental as it was rated number 1 on Trip Advisor. After a 3 night stay, our verdict was 'disappointing'. Not that the staff... More

The usual high standard of service and delightful staff. No smokey gaming rooms and no crowds. However, negatives galore! So surprising! Stained upholstery, worn out furnishings, stuffing protruding from sofas, timber surfaces worn away, brass fitting not polished in 7years, dirty public bathrooms, burnt lampshades, marble floors in the lifts never polished. Spa needs a good clean - extensive brown... More

From the time we checked-in the service at the Mandarin Oriental was first class and very personable. While the Mandarin is not part of a casino, it is within walking distance of the major hotel/casinos on the Las Vegas strip. Transportation using Lyft and Urber were easy and reasonable.

This is a really nice addition to Vegas hotels. Typical Mandarin service. Near all the action but the hotel is free of the crowds. The Twist restaurant is best in Vegas. I am not a vegetarian but chose the veggie tasting menu and was blown away.

Bad experience from day one. The Mandarin did not warn us of the Giant Marathon that was going on in Vegas on the day of arrival, all roads were blocked, after a 6hour drive from Phoenix this was not good, in the end we had to park the hired car miles away and get a cab to the Mandarin. Then... More

This was the best Las Vegas stay I've ever had. Think Bellagio, or higher quality, without the casinos and cigarette smoke. Absolute beauty. It's location is amazing, since it's located on the strip, but tucked away enough to keep regular foot traffic at bay. Awesome all around.

A stay at any Mandarin Oriental should be memorable, but this was not the case. First, let's say that the room is what you should expect from the MO, i just did not like the pillows, way too firm, and i prefer the kind of decor that you can find at the Andaz Hotels. So, why do i think was... More

We stayed here with a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids aged 6 and 12) and had a Stripview room with an extra bed (the 6 old was sleeping in the King bed with us). It is located a bit on the South side of the strip, next to The Chrystals mall and easy to reach by car. Views... More
