We've been to Vegas many times and always stayed in a casino, we decided to try something different to get away from the craziness of the casino, the lines, etc... I was completely blow away by the focus on service at the Mandarin. The entire staff was just waiting to assist with anything you need and I think they could...

Far exceeded my expectations (and I have high expectations)! This hotel is worthy of a special mention as they well and truly deserve it. From the moment I arrived to the moment I check out a week later, the team did not drop a ball. I would especially recommend that you make use of the spa - there is no...

We could not agree more that a trip to the spa is a must for the ultimate experience in relaxation and are delighted you agree. I was greeted on the 23rd floor of the hotel at the Concierge Desk with a tea and a water. They were lovely. The housekeeping was attentive and almost OCD with my items. It's amazing and relaxing to not have to stay in a hotel with a casino however the pool is under the helicopter flight path so it's not...

Thank you for your fantastic review of your time with us at Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas. We are delighted that you enjoyed your time and appreciated the attention to detail that our colleagues provided. We agree that the occasional helicopter over the strip takes away from the serenity our pool offers but are pleased that overall you had a relaxing...

We stayed at the Golden Nugget on the way out on our road trip to experience the craziness of downtown and chose the Mandarin Oriental for the return because it didn't have a casino. I can highly recommend this Vegas option - peaceful and quiet, well-designed rooms, all mod cons. We enjoyed a great breakfast in the room, chilled time...

I am not a huge fan of Las Vegas but had to go for work. Was so happy we chose the MO as it is not busy (except Saturday and Sunday by the pool was completely packed and a bit "Real Housewives of Atlanta"). I like that the hotel has no casino and the atmosphere is generally very calm. I...

We are proud to have an option in Vegas that is not your typical on-strip property and are delighted that you found what you were looking for! We apologize that the experience over the weekend was not the typical calm pool atmosphere we usually have and appreciate your comments regarding the breakfast and pool cafe options. We will be sure...

Stayed for a week to celebrate Silver wedding anniversary. This is one of the few hotels within LV that do not have a casino, and you are not compelled to walk past slot machines or gaming tables to get to other areas of the hotel. Rooms plush, clean, spacious and comfortable, with king bed, sofa, desk and chair, and small...

Excellent staff, amenities and treated like royalty. Somehow, referred to me as Mr. Guest when they greeted me. Highly recommended as a Vegas destination. Close to it all, but no hustle and bustle of a casino, downstairs. Very serene.

We had a great time at the Mandarin Oriental. It is a quiet and relaxing hotel, a wonderful place within the crazy Las Vegas. The service is great but - honestly - not as outstanding as in other Mandarin Oriental Hotels.

My husband and I have never stayed in Vegas, so comparing MO Las Vegas to other area hotels isn't really applicable, but we have stayed in a number of other luxury hotels throughout the world, so I will use them as a comparable. I have been visiting Las Vegas on business with displeasure for over 20 years. Finally a civilised hotel!! Not like all these horrible gigantic hotels.
