Had a four night stay with a Vdara suite. However, another guest kept charging services to my room so switched rooms on the third morning to a panoramic suite. I much preferred that room. The wrap around windows were amazing! The room was very spacious. Pros about property: Short lines at front desk, bell hop, concierge and Starbucks. Housekeeping did a good job. Lots of seating in lobbby. Quick walk to Bellagio and Aria. Cons: Pool was only open on weekends- what a shame as it was a beautiful facility and 99 out! I wanted to jump in it. No late check out available, even for a fee as the rooms are too large to quickly turn over to the next guest. I would stay here again.

Hotel's Favourite
Am staying here currently and using the conference centre and the environment and ambience is great. Staff are exceptional. Rooms are fabulous. Would love coffee/tea making in the room, but that’s a small note. I wanted to give a massive and special shout out to Mike Philogene who clearly understands and cares about customers and guests. I bought breakfast this morning and struggled back to the lift getting my card out and found my card didn’t work when I got to my room. Had to struggle down again to fix the key, and Mike spotted me and offered help before I’d left the lobby. He escorted me upstairs to my room, tested and checked everything and got tools to fix the lock and new keys. All sorted with no effort from me and so appreciated! I’m here for work and just want to get on with things! I wanted to say a massive thank you for anticipating, for reading my body language and for being so incredibly helpful.

What frauds. First they absolutely refused my Explorist status room upgrade benefit by saying none was available while simultaneously suggesting that we could upgrade by paying. Then they ignored my MGM Rewards status (the hotel is part of the family) by charging me a resort fee. As if these weren’t bad enough, the room was actually facing another room. I mean, literally, a couple feet away. You could easily see the people in that room. Now that took the cake. Of course, while in our room, you had to shake your head at all the dust and dirty carpet that was prevalent inside. I’ve never stayed at a downtrodden hotel in Las Vegas but I imagine it would be something like this.

Prebooked the self parking online with no special notes. upon arrival no self parking on site (park at bellagio.. are you serious???). had to take the valet. valet staff was pushing my husband to move our car while I did the checkin and sorted the parking issue. how are we supposed to park our car while checkin when no self parking on site??? don’t offer self park if no self park on site!! Next no toilet paper at all in room upon arrival Long wait at checkin (not enough staff). Pool at vdara was closed (had to go to aria) Cheaper breakfast restaurant (market) in lobby was closed. Perfume smell in the lobby is too hard. room itself was nice (only positive about this hotel). Would not go back! Too expensive for what you get. This hotel experience ruined our vegas stay. it was not relax at all. very disappointed. to mgm group: if you close everything in hotel for low season just close hotel itself. does not make any sense to reduce service like this

Before you go to Las Vegas ask yourself:Why do you go to Vegas? You won’t have the ‘Vegas feeling’at this place at all.Not just because there is no casino in this building... Felt like so dead for a Vegas Hotel. As far as I remember they only had one bar front of the elevators...Thr bar was cool. Rooms:nice, but not a 5 star hotel level at all.Poor decor etc...For the price of this and for a 5* Hotel the bottle of water was like $10-12....mini bar etc was extremely expensive.... View from the room: If you are lucky, you may get the fountain view room otherwise the view is so bad(kind of nothing in the back). Pool aria....pictures are nice of it.When you go there,.,it’s a joke. You can watch the cement walls. (Put some planes to make it look nicer or something!!) They hqve a Starbucks.Which was nice becouse it never had a line,so You could get served fast. Bad was comfy Room was clean. Short walk to the Strip is a plus. Before I had to leave to the Airport,I called the front desk for a late check out.I was asking for an extra hour so I’d not have to wait to long at the Airport. The gentleman at the front desk told me over the phone that I can’t have a late check out becouse the Hotel is full.(It was at 10.45 am...check in starts at 4 pm I believe,so even if I’d have stayed an extra hour they’d have time to clean my room!!) But the worst part was: the guy told me over the phone:You have 15 minutes to check out... He was so unprofessional and rude to say that this way.(I pictured his face smiling the way he told me) All I know,I won’t ever go back to this Hotel. For this price I paid with the resort fee...I could go to much better place and get treated better. Vdara!Work on the costumer service, teach your employees how to talk to the guest. Good luck with it

If you are looking for a hotel that is right in the middle of the Las Vegas strip with amazing views but a calmer atmosphere than a casino hotel than consider the Vdara. The Vdara is a short walk to the Bellagio and the Aria which will lead you right out onto the strip. It was really nice to get to the Vdara after a day of exploring and walk in, head to the elevator, and be in our room within minutes. No need to wander around the casino to find the right elevator to our room after a long day. The room itself was spacious and we had an amazing view of the Bellagio fountains and the Eiffel tower at Paris Las Vegas. Additionally we had a view of the mountains in the distance. All of the rooms at the Vdara have a kitchen area with a table, sink, mini fridge, and even a stove. It was nice to be able to throw some drinks and snacks in the fridge and have space to spread out. The bathroom had a wonderful soaking tub in addition to a spacious shower and the bed was very comfortable as well. All of the staff that we interacted with from reception to housekeeping were very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel itself was very clean and well taken care of with a welcoming atmosphere. The mobile check in was an added bonus as there was no need to wait in line to check in or check out and our key card was right on our phone.

Rooms haven’t changed and are decent but if you want any type of basic service including a front desk with manners go somewhere else. Other than a bed and A/c there is no other service available. Genuinely disappointed as I stayed here 3 times before Covid and it was my favorite go to place. The car park is now a 20 minute walk, there is no room service option and the staff on the front desk have a total attitude. MGM are now just interested in extracting as much cash as quick as possible and depositing you out the door!!! Good luck in the upcoming recession…..

A great place to stay where you aren't hit with the ringing of slot machines as the elevator door opens. the Market Café was closed for renovation but besides that, another great stay! The adjacency to Aria makes it super convenient.

Great customer service. Loved the fact that the hotel was non smoking. Easy check in and check out. The food selection and restaurant selection was also great. Calling for reservations to Mel reservations was great
