The only hotel that doesn’t have a Casino in, which is great to get away from the hustle of the strip. Check in was easy, lovely clean bright reception with a bar and small market for food and Starbucks. Room was huge and clean. Lovely large shower and view of the Belgic fountains. Beds are comfy too. Two fridges, one with mini bar, do not touch anything, as soon as you lift something you are charged. Use the second fridge for your things. No kettle or pans etc even though there’s a hob etc. this was an inconvenience and not stated on the website. Short walk to the strip past the cosmopolitan. The only down side is that the hotel tried to charge my card when I was back in the uk again for the stay. Even though payment was made. There is a small spa thigh quite expensive

Hotel's Favourite
Am staying here currently and using the conference centre and the environment and ambience is great. Staff are exceptional. Rooms are fabulous. Would love coffee/tea making in the room, but that’s a small note. I wanted to give a massive and special shout out to Mike Philogene who clearly understands and cares about customers and guests. I bought breakfast this morning and struggled back to the lift getting my card out and found my card didn’t work when I got to my room. Had to struggle down again to fix the key, and Mike spotted me and offered help before I’d left the lobby. He escorted me upstairs to my room, tested and checked everything and got tools to fix the lock and new keys. All sorted with no effort from me and so appreciated! I’m here for work and just want to get on with things! I wanted to say a massive thank you for anticipating, for reading my body language and for being so incredibly helpful.

I stayed here with a total of 3 adults in a corner suite. One of us had a work conference to attend that was in the Vdara. The views were all nice, just behind the Cosmopolitan to the left and the Aria to the right. It wasn’t too loud in the room during the day. You can hear some of the sounds from the strip at night though and you can also see the lights from the strip because the blinds in the room didn’t cover the entire window. The location was nice but we kept leaving to go to the Aria or the Cosmo for food and things to do. Next time, we’d stay at one of those locations instead. While the actual bedroom was nice, I slept on the pullout sofa. I read reviews about the pullout sofa before going and was worried. Like the rest of the room, the mattress was worn and needs to be replaced. The room was fine but you can see small details that add up to a lot of things they need to replace/redo. Like I mentioned above, all the window blinds had gaps so at night, there was a lot of light/flashing lights. With the outside sounds, I was sleeping with ear plugs and a sock over my eyes each night. The kitchen was fine but you really do have to ask for all your dishes and silverware! You also have to ask for bedding for the pullout sofa. I didn’t even get pillows so I had to take some from the bedroom. Another odd thing was the small bathroom in the main area didn’t have a towel hook/rack. It also had no storage so I had to try to fit things on the tiny sink counter. (The master bathroom is the complete opposite btw.) The outlets worked here and there so you had to move cords around to find one that worked. The washer and dryer were nice to have in the room but the dryer took forever to dry our clothes. I will say the main room and the bedroom had plenty of storage. The main room had a large area in the corner to put our large suitcases so they were out of the way. The dining table was a good size and the chairs were comfy. It was nice having a large refrigerator and a microwave in the room, too. Loved having 2 bathrooms in the room, also.

Much better tha a Las Vegas Hotel room, more like a comfortable small apartment. Great style and finishing. Mini kitchen with microwave, range and fridge. Mini bar. Lots of towels. Two large tv’s. Comfortable bed and beautiful views. Downside? Furniture is a bit used and coach is really uncomfortable. Bathroom sliding door stuck open when used and all bathroom fixtures were loose. Still, this is a great place to stay. No casino but access right next door. No real restaurant but available 24 hour food choices and coffee. Nice place

We checked in before noon but didn't get into the room until after 9 pm. The room was dirty, with garbage and unpleasant odors in the restroom. The front desk representative was careless and unhelpful. In the morning, we complained again at the front desk and were approached by Mr. Mike Philgene from security. He listened empathetically, learned the details, and helped us. He went above and beyond to improve our mood, and he succeeded. A great man with amazing hospitality skills.

WORSE HOTEL EVER ! I've traveled 27 countries & been at least 20 times in Vegas but never had to take a Tram from the parking to the hotel. It took us 45+ minutes to find their self parking - just to find out you need a tram and a long walk.. It was absurd.

Stayed at Vdara for Rock and Roll half marathon and was looking forward to the elevated and modern experience but instead experienced the most disgusting room. We were told we were getting a great upgrade, only to discover the room was a mess- the furniture was gross and disgusting, we wouldn’t even sit on the couch, the carpets were stained and there were broken fixtures everywhere such as the lamp. It did not feel elevated and was very disgusting. Will not be going back to a data anytime soon!

The hotel is clean and very nice. I have been able to get a suite every time with a full kitchen and washer/drier too. I have on this trip turned down the corner suite only because my scooter is a pain getting into and out of the corner suite poor baby. I believe I HAVE FOUND the hotel i will stay at all the time.

This is the sister hotel to the Aria which is a tad nicer and more luxe hotel. It matches a standard chain business class hotel. We did appreciate the quiet lobby minus the casino. However, be aware there are no amenities inside. Just a Starbucks and take-out cafe. For other places to eat you have to walk to the adjoining Bellagio, Cosmopolitan or Aria using the very long cross walks. It is centrally located on the strip. We were surprised by how worn and dowdy the room furniture was, thinking this would be one of the newer hotels. We had a corner suite with a view of the Bellagio fountains between buildings. It was a very odd layout of four square spaces, including a kitchenette and laundry machine stack in a closet. I am not sure how you are supposed to use the full size kitchen appliances. There is service ware for two persons but no pots and pans. I guess people mainly order take-out or you have to request these. Complimentary water is not provided unless you have MGM Rewards status. The switches were complicated and difficult to figure out. To turn off the bedside lamps you had to get up and cross the room and reach behind the television! Some switches we were never able to figure out. Tye black out blinds work well and are necessary to shield you from the bright lights outside. The bathroom space was large with separate tub and shower, but the water closet sits in the middle of the room with no door. My main objection is the lack of a reasonable room service menu. There are few selections and you have to order more than $250 for a "classic service." Anything less is served in takeout containers. Plus there is a $9.50 service charge for anything, including a cup of coffee. It simply is not worth it. Other services like self-parking are $18 a day and valet $35 a day. I will admit the staff were very friendly and gracious in all respects. The hotel is generally very quiet, even in the hallways. I think for the cost we will go back to staying at the Bellagio.

No robes no water no slippers dingy dirty overpriced and in dire need of an overhaul and deep cleaning! No way this is a five star hotel! No turn down service? Terrible! Very pricey. Tile broken. Speaker blown. Wallpaper bubbling and carpet fraying at edges. Stains on furniture and carpet. Towels are thin not five star!
