This hotel is an excellent choice if you’re attending events at Allegiant Stadium—just a 10-minute walk away and an additional 15 minutes across the bridge to the South Las Vegas Strip near Mandalay Bay.

The property feels relatively new, with well-equipped suites featuring refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, modular closet space, and cozy living areas. The step-in shower is a thoughtful touch for added convenience.

If you prefer a quiet location with easy access to the stadium and a break from the hustle of the Strip, this is a great option. The staff, including Stephanie, Eli, the front desk team, and the cleaning crew, go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, showcasing genuine pride in their work. Highly recommended!

The staff are amazing - accommodating and knowledgeable. Very prompt service. The included free breakfast is quite good with a rotating selection each day and is refilled often (+ coffee is always in the lobby). Some small things keep the score from being perfect. The room lighting is a bit dim, which is a small setback. Otherwise, the room has everything you need. More importantly, the shuttle service to the strip is only available from 7AM to 2PM. So, there is nothing at night that goes directly to the hotel. The walk is 15-20 minutes, which may not be too long. However, with the road construction, it’s extra tedious to walk uphill back at night. The shuttle service availability should be clarified more on the website, and this should be reflected in a price reduction since this is a fairly new change.

Overall I would stay here again. I’d say to just keep in mind that the shuttle is only available to morning when making nighttime plans.

I recently spent a week at TownPlace Suites from August 25th until September 1st and the property and all the staff were top notch in many areas. My flight was late and rental car company closed so I called the front desk and they set me up with an Uber to get directly to hotel. I had an amazing room/suite facing East on on the 4th floor facing I-15 (which you couldn't hear due to the great soundproofing). The room had a great view of the South Strip, NY NY, MGM Grand, Excalibur, Luxor and Mandalay Bay. The location was close enough to the strip that you could walk to Excalibur in less than 10 minutes or continue across street to MGM Grand to take monorail. I would highly suggest getting a multi-day monorail pass over a RTD bus pass as the "deuce" bus that goes up and down the strip is slow, full and never on time whereas the monorail is quick, empty and on time and has great views as well. As for TownPlace, rooms are good sized and have nice kitchen, sitting chair and desk. Breakfast is good with juice, hot items, fruit, bread and pastries and oatmeal. I eat mostly vegetarian and healthier and always found breakfast items to eat and the front desk has a blender for in room use. I requested to check out the blender to make smoothies but another customer had the blender so the front desk staff let the general manager Krystee know and she purchased! a 2nd blender for the hotel which I was able to check out that afternoon and use for the remainder of my stay. I would definitely stay at TownPlace Suites Las Vegas City Center again and would recommend to anyone who wants a convenient South Strip location with a little extra space with their suits with kitchen in room. The whole staff I interacted with including Jonathan, Michael, Rene, Griselda, Nora, Brett and the GM Krystee all did a great job in attending to my and other guests needs and making us feel at home and answering any questions we might have about the property or Vegas.

We really enjoyed our stay at the TownePlace suites. The location is good towards the end of the strip and they provided a shuttle to the area when we wanted to go to the strip. The breakfast in the morning was good with a nice selection of eggs, sausage biscuits, and gravy and many juices and fruits and yogurt. And also say that every member of the staff was excellent. From the servers at breakfast to the front desk clerks to the shuttle driver. It seems like everyone went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. They were so helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough thank yous to all the employees. and I would also like to say that our room was extremely comfortable. Everything was in order and I just couldn’t ask for anything more.

Ky was very helpful and quick with providing any requests we had, such as extra towels, extra keys, etc. Nora made sure the breakfast was always full by quickly refilling the breakfast station. She was quick with cleaning tables. Always worked optimally.

Our friends and I did continuously have issues with our cards not working at our door and had to get it reissued often, which the hotel should look into. But everyone at the front desk was always available and quick to help with that at least.

We had an exceptional customer service experience with Nora. Her attention to detail made the kitchen and breakfast area spotless and inviting. The breakfast itself was outstanding – fresh, delicious, and made with care. I especially enjoyed the muffins, coffee, and cheesy eggs. It felt like a VIP breakfast! A big thank you to Nora for kicking off our day in such a wonderful way! :)

This was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had in Town place by Marriott. I generally stay in town place Marriotts over 50 nights per year. The nearby roads are insanely noisy with loud cars, high-performance sports cars with very high noise levels. Despite my status of being an elite platinum member, they gave me a first floor room ordering the busy road. There wasn’t one minute that went by without a loud noise. Terrible value if you’re paying a hotel for a good nights rest.
After the first night, I called the desk requesting a different room location, and they said they would call me if one came available. Didn’t happen. The second night, I asked again, they said they would call me when one came available and that they would make sure I got a better room. Didn’t happen. I went to the front desk, the gal blamed me for not getting a different room because I was supposed to go to the front desk. It would have been better if someone would have communicated that!!! They got me a different room, but on the same side of the building bordering the freeway which accomplished nothing. This Town place Suites by Marriott has a staff that feels like they are workers that just show up to milk the clock.

May, the driver who shuttled us from the airport, was super friendly and helpful. In fact, so were all the staff. We came in to town for the BTS Concerts. The rooms have full sized fridges, stoves, dishwashers, a great shower. I was amazed at the quality for the price. Because I came with young kids, it wasn't too big a deal that the strip is an Uber ride, not right outside the door. This hotel is brand new and very good value of you have stadium tickets

Breakfast: service everyday was above and beyond with friendly staff Nora. I had 50 players and staff here for the weekend and everyday she treated us like we were first class. She was helpful, polite, guided us about where to purchase bbq supplies for the grill outside and loaned us utensil to grill.

Good afternoon and thank you for your question! Our Studio Queen Corner room is the same square footage as any other Studio Queen-Queen on property. The only difference is that you will not experience another room/neighbor on one side of you and there is a small corridor outside the room that separates you from the rest of the hallway. We have options facing the north (street) or south (parking structure). I hope this helps! Sincerely, Amelie Williams | General Manager
