They are close to impossible to reach, after they take your money. They are unreasonable and do not care about your safety. This place is falsely represented in multitude of ways, safety is questionable. It is an AirBnb that is listed on Trip Advisor and other sites, you have no idea who will be staying with and who you will be sharing bathroom and common areas with, anyone can book and enter at anytime including hours leading up to midnight. The other negatives reiterated in other review.

The bathrooms are shared with other guests, it’s more of an AirBnB type situation. Despite having other guests in the house they still mercilessly blamed us for a cracked toilet seat that we were not responsible for as the bathroom was SHARED with multiple guests in other bedrooms. Their reasoning? “Excessive drinking” due to 2 daiquiris left on top of the mini fridge. We accidentally left a takeout box and a water bottle out on the dresser and we’re accused of “trashing” the place. These are the photos they sent to us as “evidence” I don’t know who is supposed to be responsible for cleaning up after guests leave but they seem to have a problem with doing their jobs. Staff members do not wear masks around guests. Unless you like being accused of things you’re not responsible for and having AirBnBs take your deposit for things you aren’t responsible for and having your deposit taken from you on a “hunch” don’t stay here.…

Clean, comfortable, affordable stay! Fast replies and everything is safe and secure with codes on all the doors. The neighborhood is quiet and located only 15/20 minutes from the strip, all freeway! Also some stores and food nearby.

Wonderful stay. What a little treasure to find in Las Vegas as the strip has too many extra fees making it unaffordable. This place is clean, affordable and has a fully stocked kitchen (which was nice to use). I will stay here again! :)

These people are a scam ...they make it seem all good online like your renting a house or a bnb this is all a damm lie that put you In a dirty house with a bunch of strangers... there rude and unprofessional when you call them or they dont answer the phone..also they reel you in with fake advertisements and if you cancel they steal your money THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND OF NO KIND EVEN IF YOU BOOK BY MISTAKE..THEY ROBBED ME FOR $64.00 and refused to cancel the reservations who does that but thief's not to mention there phone number is located in Hawaii WOW!!!! Give me my money back people work hard for there money
