We stayed in one of the suites and all we can collectively say is… what a disappointment! Book with caution. From day one of our stay we were continuously contacting the front desk to send us missing things from the rooms (glasses, towels, room cleaning, toiletries the hotel provided). Our phone was not working and never got fixed. There was a lightbulb missing in one of the lamps and on the last day, they decided to leave bedsheets in our room and never came back to cleanup/ make the bed. Each day we were promised service. The last day we went to complain to the concierge and that interaction was was just as discouraging as the general customer service we were receiving. Even with a premium room, we were treated like garbage. This was definitely not the luxury stay we were promised. Had we known this we would have booked a regular room and not spent thousands of dollars for a suite. It is so distressing to see that they do not care about their guests and even their reputation. It’s safe to say that we will never go back to the Cosmopolitan LV.…
Just come back from our week stay at the cosmo for our honeymoon. My very first impression of a high end hotel, massive tall heavy doors not manned, and no one there to open the door. Guests travelling with large bags and cases, no help. The security could see at least 4 couples all helping each other get in to the hotel. Not a good look. Lobby check in was quick and smooth however. Room was sensational, had a fountain view. Only down side of the room, and beware. The snacks and drinks box on the top is sensored. If you pick up an item to view it will charge you. A tactic I’m sure to trap guests who aren’t on a budget, / and or won’t check. It was quickly removed when I complained at the front desk, the reaction however was one to suggest this is a common complaint. The resort itself, like all of vegas is huge, and the most trendy on the strip. Cool restaurants and just a good vibe. I found a reliance on tips from bar staff at the pool (mainly Chelsea) very off putting. Especially when the service was never really given with a smile. All in all, modern, clean, trendy hotel, a few issues to iron out to make it a 5 star stay but not bad in my experience.…
The hotel is clean but be ready to be harassed everywhere by employees. Throughout the hotel, on the strip, even on Fremont St. They continuously ask you if you want to buy into timeshares at this hotel. I hated being there.
Don't think about it anymore! DO IT! BOOK IT! We stayed at The Cosmo in July 2021 and we LOVED IT!!!! We went back in May 2022 and decided to stay at The Venetian and we regret it big time!!! We will forever choose The Cosmo from here on out (unless they do something drastically different haha). It's clean, the people are super sweet, the rooms are spectacular, the balconies are a nice touch, the view is great, it smells good lol. It's just the best bang for you buck! DO IT!
Perfection - 7th time in Vegas our best stay. Stayed at Paris, Luxor, Mandalay bay, Planet Hollywood, Palazzo, and Encore on previous stays over the Years. Cosmopolitan is without doubt the best yet. Very classy with being ostentatious. Great location centre strip. On arrival got upgraded to a fountain view one bedroom terrace suite in the boulevard tower. Absolutely incredible, beautiful, spacious, clean and views that are postcard worthy. The sunken two seated tub was fantastic. Soak in the bath whilst watching the Bellagio fountains. Bed super comfy, 2 massive tvs and separate seating area. Pools are good and if you do want to rent a day bed or cabana the price of food and drink is offset for the rental which is pretty unique, and a good deal of plan to eat and drink at the pool all day. Casino is great and some great urban food outlets on the 1st floor. Check in and check out super easy and housekeeping were great. All staff we encountered were so friendly. 100% would recommend and we won’t be looking much further on our next vegas trip!…
