This is the best hotel to stay in if you are looking for the comfort of home and still being in walking distance to the strip. Also the price is very reasonable! We stayed for 2 nights while our family was all in Vegas and it was the best choice we could have made. Yes it is a little bit of a walk to the strip but its not bad at all, its located on a quieter side of the street which is nice when you want to come back to the hotel and not be met with a smoky casino. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were immaculately clean and so nice. I will 100% stay here again
Wow! This place is perfect, I’d rate higher if I could! We stayed for 4 nights while in Vegas for my sister wedding. The check in was easy and the staff here could not be more helpful! The room was HUGE with a full kitchenette and comfy TV chair. Bed was lovely and comfy and air con was amazing. Shower was great with good pressure and the room was spotless. We had family staying in Vegas in some of the more expensive hotels on the strip and it was agreed that we’d all book here next time rather than the main hotels on strip. 10 mins walk to MGM grand, so really close but also a sense of peacefulness to come home to after a night out! Coffee machine in lobby free of charge for the mornings and refreshments to buy which was a lovely touch. We checked out at 3am and the coffee machine was not up and running which would have been slightly annoying had the lovely man on reception not offered us a chilled drink free of charge instead, they really go the extra mile here! Also the pool area is gorgeous! It’s all so new and fantastic! Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!!! …
This is quite a new hotel, and the room was immaculate and the bed comfortable. The room had a microwave and fridge; a/c very effective. Front desk staff (Cheryl?) were very helpful and friendly. Walkable (15 minutes or so) to the main strip; we had a good dinner at Robert Irvine's Public House in the Tropicana. Cab from airport was $21 plus tip. Price was great; highly recommend.
I was there for three weeks. Everyone that I had the pleasure of meeting were extremely helpful and ensured that my stay was pleasant and hassle free. Because of my work schedule, I was working during the night. All of the front desk people (Leanna, Zayra, Hunter and Jasmine) took very good care of the large group of us that were staying. I’m sure some of us were difficult at times but they all handled each issue with professionalism and took care any problem in a timely manner. It is extended stay so the housekeepers don’t clean rooms daily, but we are all adults and should keep clean and tidy living space. So that didn’t really bother me at all. They were respectful of our members that worked nights and were quiet so that we could rest. It comes with a full sized refrigerator and a cook top which was great and really saved money because we could just buy groceries and not have to eat out as much. It is walking distance to the strip and has plenty to do around it. I would 11/10 recommend and stay there again. Thank you Zayra, Leanna, Hunter and Jasmine for your great work and attitude.…
This hotel is super clean! The rooms are extremely nice and the kitchenette is great to have! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional! I was very well taken care of when I arrived by a lady named Jasmine. Thank you so much! I will always stay here when I visit Vegas! It’s easy to get to the strip from the hotel via MGM right across the street.
Spent the night on the 4th floor with a strip view. The front desk employees were extremely nice and helpful when checking in and out. 12/10 would stay here again!! Central location to all of the fun things Las Vegas has to offer.
This hotel is amazing! Clean, nice, and a kitchenette is always a plus. It is located right by MGM and the monorail, easy access to the strip! The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I was assisted by Jasmine and she was absolutely fantastic! 12/10 will stay again!
This hotel met our needs because it was new and clean, they were friendly, and there was no gaming to deal with. But we didn't realize there was no breakfast; that was on us but a stop at Denny's next door added $40 to the bill so keep that in mind. Even coffee in the lobby would have been nice. And the kitchen was barely stocked, not even 2 of everything.
They seem to like to nickel and dime here. Charging you even for things you didn't buy. Save your money and just go to to another extended stay brand. At least they won't mess up your charges and cost you extra time to get it fixed. Seemingly professional at the start, but a day or two in, they smile in your face and sneak extra charges. Oh and I asked someone to deliver toilet paper to my room and they made me go all the way downstairs to get it myself in the middle of the day. As much as they charge here, you'd think they could afford to pay someone to be available for room deliveries.
Zyra, front desk, was awesome. Air condition vent blows directly onto the desk chair. I had to use my umbrella to block the breeze. Shelf in the bedroom, but was not conducive to use as a desk. Long kitchen bar with nice 4 prong electrical outlet. Lots of room to spread out for either food or work. Nice pantry closet space. Large refrigerator. Overall, very clean. My third floor room was fairly quiet. Even though we were very close to the airport, the noise was not disturbing. Denny’s restaurant at far end of parking lot. Close to MGM monorail. Desk lamps with both USB & electrical plugs available. My room did not have a tub. Hand towels were large enough that allowed me to wrap my hair in a turban. The bathroom was quite roomy, but had very little storage space. The open vanity space under the sink contained the clean folded towels. If you had a bathroom bag or clothes there was really no place to sit it. Please add an open clean towel rack. There are also not enough hooks to hang the wet towels to dry. I had to use the handtowels on the floor because of the poor shower design. The faucet and the showerhead were on opposite walls. No matter which side I slide the glass doors to enter the shower, the floor would get wet. The shower stall needs either a larger shelf or a second shelf. Large size refillable shower products attached to the wall. The toilet paper was impossibly cheap. If you are going to be staying for a while, bring your own roll from home. …
