Fremont is a madhouse and Circa is a little respite from that. The pool scene was really not for me. I don't mind loud music and pricey drinks ($75 for 2 slushy drinks w/ tip) preceded by intrusive (but neccesary) security guards - but it was SO loud I had to give up and go back to the casino floor for some peace and quiet. The concierge proved to be not very helpful. Very nice but just not really knowledgeable. Wanna hear a weird story? I notice that it looks like the restaurant Saginaw (any sandwich you get is going to be terrific) was the only way to get room service. Fine. I was on the phone with the front desk about something and asked if the restaurant will deliver beer. They said they didn't know. Weird, but ok. I called Saginaw to order food. I said "there's no beer on your menu. Do you have beer and can you send it up with my food?" Their response: "I don't know." Eventually, they told me - politely "no." I am guessing they want you on the casino floor drinking. Fine. I get it. The next day I didn't ask. I just ordered food and beer. Wouldn't ya know it. I got beer with my food. Kinda weird... Cleaning staff is awesome. Front desk and bell staff terrific. Garage Mahal folks are quick to help. These folks know the streets/restaurants Location is so much fun. I probably would saty somewhere else - like Wynn - for less pool insanity though

Stayed here for a long weekend with some friends in our 40s/50s. The room itself was spacious, but maintenance was abysmal. The high-tech lighting didn't work, the double vanity had one sink only plumbed for HOT and the other sink only for COLD, the in-room tablet was broken (which was the only way to reach the front desk as there was no in-room phone), the toiletries were lower end than I've had in a Hyatt Place, and the walls were paper thin. Housekeeping failed to come two days in a row, despite multiple requests and the front desk seemed pretentious. At $400+ per night, this fell far below my expectations. The Stadium Swim was unique, but it was LOUD music literally from 8a-11p. The clientele was mostly people looking to party and get drunk -- definitely not a relxonf environment. I saw multiple people pass out, fall, vomit. The female staff were in thong skimpy swimwear whereas male staff were in baggy shorts and polo shirts -- certainly not anything near "high end" that I was hoping at the prices paid or appreciate as a professional female. Overall, the sports book was nice and the casino was clean. Ride share space was easy in-and-out and I felt safe with lots of security presence. I would not stay here again, especially at the price per night $400 plus resort fee and taxes. I was glad to check-out.

Dear goferris, Thank you for your valued review of Circa Resort & Casino. While we are glad that you enjoyed our sportsbook and casino, we are disheartened to hear that the amenities in your room and Stadium Swim fell short of expectations. The party atmosphere at Stadium Swim is one of many reasons guests choose to stay with us. Should the music become a hindrance to your stay, you may request earplugs from our hotel team, and we are more than willing to relocate guests to the opposite side of the property, per availability. We appreciate your feedback and should you wish to provide us with these details at our email, social@circalasvegas.com, we will forward this information to the respective departments. Thank you! Respectfully, Kelly O'Connor Social Media/Online Reputation Manager social@circalasvegas.com

The rooms are beautiful, well laid out and controlled h a tablet. Casino is fun but tight. Pool is awesome. Staff is friendly. Saginaws is fantastic. The 21+ is scan at door keeps Fremont street riff raft out. I can’t say enough about Circa. Lovely time. If and when I return to Vegas will be Circa. Thanks again for an awesome time.

Beautiful hotel but my boyfriend and I were disappointed on two counts. We went for his son’s wedding in the midst of the pandemic and even though there were signs everywhere about wearing masks, not many people were wearing them and no one was enforcing them. Also, I went to the pool and it was a hot mess of COVID screaming people crowded in the pools! We left a day early as we were just watching TV in the room.

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening (after having informed them). They had no rooms available so they gave us a suite with bunk beds. We are in our 40s and after travelling across the pond for over 24 hours, we do not expect to sleep in bunk beds. After showing our dissatisfaction they told us we could consume drinks and food at their premises for 100 usd and they would waive parking fees. The next morning we showed up to have the rooms changed. The new room was not ready so we said that we would go out for lunch and come back later. Suddenly they were unaware of the 100 USD voucher as well as of waiving the parking fees. After a bit of prompting they found the notes on the 100 usd but not on the parking so they had to go investigate. They said they would have somebody move our stuff from the first room to the new room while we were out. When we came back (6 hours later), the room change had not been made, but we were told somebody would move our stuff for us asap. This never happened, so we had to go back to the old room and move our stuff. No idea what happened to the person who was supposed to do it for us. The next day the room had not been serviced/cleaned despite it being free all day since we were out. Upon checkout we discovered parking charges on our bill. Thankfully the lady at the checkout was efficient enough to sort things out relatively fast. This is a shame since the hotel itself is clean, well-kept and a fun place (if you like loud music playing 24/7) with a great outdoor pool. Staff is also very friendly, but unfortunately very inefficient.

Did a walk thru. Wow. Felt like a newer resort you would find on the strip. Def better than the GN! I was impressed by everything I saw. I really hope this causes the rest of the local hotels to improve. The Carson room I stayed in was pretty pathetic.

Rooms are super loud even on the high floors. We asked for a quiet room and we’re assured it would be quiet. Thumping bass from stadium swim begins at 8am each day. Then at 6pm when the bands on Fremont street start your room feels like a night club. The loud music and bass doesn’t stop until 2am and this occurs every night. Only half the rooms in the hotel are finished so there really don’t seem to be many rooms available on the side not facing stadium swim. Even with white noise it was impossible to sleep. Room finishes are ok and beds are comfortable. Some evidence of sloppy construction like wallpaper that’s misaligned and incomplete trim. But nothing major. There are no outlets by the bed which is inconvenient because your phone has to be on the opposite side of the room while charging. WiFi is terrible and many times just wasn’t working. Couldn’t even load email so I switched to 5G but cell reception isn’t great in the hotel. The shower was awesome. Great water pressure and good rainfall shower head but not great enough to make up for everything else the rooms lack. Also we ordered daily housekeeping and after I tipped the maid the first day she never came back. There are much nicer places to stay in Vegas for the price. Don’t waste your money here.

I fell in love with Circa the first time I laid eyes on it in August 2021. I have always been a fan of the Club One hotels and the vibe! Originally, I had booked to stay here for 2 nights with my casino rate through Club One. Then a promotion came out called 'summer all in' which was a hot deal! I jumped on this immediately. The package was $300 all inclusive - room for 2 nights, resort fees, taxes, $100 resort credit, $50 Legacy Club credit, and a daybed (no min spend) at Stadium Swim. YES PLEASE! We stayed for 2 nights in August, mid week. The resort lived up to every expectation I had going in, and thankfully so, as the expectations were quite high lol We were able to check in quite early with an upgrade to a Stadium Swim view for $25/night. This was worth it in my opinion as I was prepared to pay an early check in fee anyways. We had a room on the 22nd floor. The rooms are gorgeous! Very well appointed and clean. The bed was comfortable and we had no issues with water pressure or water temperature. Their toiletries smell AMAZING and, honestly, remind me of Cromwell's scent which is one of my favorites! The room is very tech savvy! Unfortunately, one morning I did have to call the front desk and you do so through an ipad - which took me a minute or two to figure out! The only blip of the stay was at 0530 when someone was in the hallway YELLING and banging on a door for someone to let her in. At times it appears she may have been throwing herself against the door. This went on for about 30 minutes. Apparently, this was an issue they were aware of as she had been on multiple floors! To get to the hotel elevators you go through subway like gates that scan your room key. We had no issues with the noise from Stadium Swim - you can hear the thumping but it's not overly intense. Stadium Swim was fun but HOT. You literally have no shade, there are no umbrellas, etc. We spent the entire time in the water. Prices reasonable in some aspects and overpriced in others. The waitresses were poor, if I am being honest, but our pool attendant made up for it. This is a great place to watch sports! We also ate at Saginaw’s, 3 times! It was absolutely delicious. You can share as the serving sizes are large. IMO upgrade from the fried chips to the potato salad, yum! We enjoyed a meal at Barry's Downtown Prime. The service here was on point. The food was delicious and it was reasonably priced when compared against other steakhouses. A memorable experience. Past trips to Vegas we have also been to 8 East and recommend this restaurant as well. For drinks, we did have a reservation through our booking for Legacy Club. This also came with a $50 credit. We were placed on a couch outside which was really nice. There was an event going on inside so it was quite busy. We had a great server though - thank you Taylor! Unfortunately, a storm came in and our night was cut a bit short but we did get to enjoy a few drinks! We also enjoyed some drinks at Vegas Vickies! Great vibe and service - average cost for a cocktail being around $15 each. I would go back here and just order a glass of champagne - some of the cocktails were a fit fancy for my palate. The 'wish you were here' drink it absolutely cute though and I had our friends sign my postcard with birthday wishes! great keepsake. The service on the casino floor was hit and miss depending on the time of day and level you were playing on. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is an amazing resort. It's new but is being kept up. There is so much on offer that you really can spend a couple days trying it all! We had a wonderful stay and hope to be able to stay again!

Will definitely come back, I would just make sure I do not get a pool view room. The music doesn’t stop until 11pm and you can hear it pretty loud. We were on the 33 floor. The lady at the front desk did tell us that this would happen so that was nice that she did give us a heads up. The hotel itself is really nice and clean. Rooms are big, beds are comfortable. Every staff we interacted with was nice and friendly. The pool area was nice. They do have security and metal detectors, and they also check bags. Lounge chairs are first come first serve. They provide pool towels. But We didn’t even need one. Pool water was always cool. We did not eat at any of the restaurants so cannot comment on that. This is an Adults only hotel! They will check and scan your IDs every time you re-enter the property. It is on Freemont street.

I attended the Circa Swim Stadium to watch the boxing. I settled my bill in cash before leaving. They took my bank card details while I was at the venue. When I returned home they also charged my card, so basically stole £250 from my bank account. I have sent countless emails without reply. Only visit here if you are happy to pay twice, they are thieves.
