We stayed here as it is a short tram ride to the convention center. While it on the north side of Las Vegas, it is a short walk to the tram and access to the strip. It is a fairly well maintained resort with a nice pool area. Downside is no onsite dining. There is a small store with drinks and snacks, but nowhere to purchase a drink or a meal.

Very good place to stay, wish we could have stayed longer. front desk was very helpful and friendly. Best place for going to Westgate or to ride the tram. The bed was very good to sleep in and the pool was very nice.

Not everything as promised. This was a miss for us as timeshare owners. There was no cleaning service provided yet we were charged a fee of $70. In addition, RCI now charges a resort fee of $25 a day. Did I mention I am a Hilton timeshare owner? What am I paying all these fees for exactly?

We were in Las Vegas for one of our annual conferences. We once again decided to stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Paradise Property. We were happily greeted at the front desk by Zach. Zach graciously gave us a wonderful top floor corner suite with a fantastic view. All the suites are great but this one was fantastic. Thank you Zach. Everything in my previous review remains the same except that they have added the ability of both flatscreen TV’s in the room to work off your phone or tablet so you can watch whatever may not be included in their extensive channel lineup. I also want to thank housekeeping for a spotless room throughout our stay. This is one of the few properties in the chain that I am able to get an uninterrupted great nights sleep. I have no idea why- it may be the ultra silent AC system, the super quiet bedroom, the Hilton bed or perhaps the Hilton pillows. Maybe it is the comfortable feel home layout of the suite. Whatever it may be - it works. I am scheduled to be in Las Vegas for meetings in November, and although all my Associates are staying at the Venetian (very nice property), I am once again choosing the the Hilton Grand Vacations Paradise for another great stay and sleep experience.

Before evening walking into the hotel and strong smell of a terrible perfume hits you. The entire first floor smelled of this perfume. It was so strong it felt like they were trying to compensate and 'cover up' the smell of smoke or something else. Upon check-in, we were given two options for our room, one on the first floor by the pool and the other on the 7th floor. We selected the one on the 7th floor since it seemed like the better choice since the first floor smelled terribly of a stale strong perfume and it would have the heavy foot traffic of everyone going to the pool creating a bunch of noise. I asked a few times to ensure there were no other possible options for a room. We settled on the room on the 7th floor thinking there'd be less traffic and might be a little quieter than the room located near the pool. The room was updated except for the kitchenette that had really worn cabinets, where you could see that the finish had come off around the highly touched areas. The only other complaint about the room itself was that the AC was unable to be turned down to a lower temperature. Unfortunately, we quickly learned, rather heard, that our hotel room was located in a very noisy area. The cleaners had their closets on the other side of the wall of our headboard, so we consistently heard the slamming of the doors all day and into the evening. The ice machine was also located on the other side of that wall so we got to hear the loud sound of ice being dropped into the bucks all day, night and wee hours of the morning. The hotel insisted that the only other room was on the first floor and since we had terrible headaches from the perfume on that floor we stuck with the 7th floor room. The noise levels did get worse as our week went on, with someone drilling and hammering in the room above us.

This place is Las Vegas' best kept secret. You can find great value by staying here. The amenities were fantastic. The beds were super comfy. The full kitchen was very helpful and the staff was super friendly and also helpful. Plus the location is amazing. You are just across from the WestGate MonoRail station where you can have access to great transportation around the strip.

Stayed at the hotel with 20 other people (mainly couples). Everyone was impressed with the space available in each room, along with the included amenities (had the rooms with a full kitchen included). We were spread across 5 different rooms, and only one of them was filled to capacity. Some people had their own beds (if they didn't come along with a plus one). I appreciated that the hotel accommodated to our large party by having us all on the same floor. This hotel is close enough to the north end strip to where Uber/Lyft rides averaged 20-30 minutes to reach our destination, depending on the time of day we were going. It was also away from the strip to where there was peace and quiet when back to sleep. Definitely will be back next time I am in Vegas!

This hotel had great access to the monorail station, making it very easy to visit the Strip. The amenities were great. We used the pool almost every day. The rooms were spacious and modern, and the hotel had great wifi. Overall, great stay.
