Very nice Holiday Inn Express! Located close to airport on Mandalay Bay end of the strip. Convenient to both. Very easy to get to strip. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Nice, helpful staff and good breakfast area with coffee available all the time. Nice place to relax with friends out of your room. Vegas rooms are expensive but this hotel is reasonable as any. Thanks for a pleasant stay.
Front desk staff was quick on check in and out. Two blocks off of Russell road freeway exit. No valet parking but plenty of self parking around the hotel. Outdoor pool, nice gym, nice lobby and business areas. Room was a good size, coffee maker, fridge, microwave. Bed was nice with good pillows, Good size bathroom, ok counter space, good shower water pressure. Near two strip clubs, one parking lot away from stadium. Area at night seemed a little seedy. For the price, would stay here again.
Convenient and affordable hotel. Near Las Vegas Strip, car rentals and airport. Friendly staff. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Nice swimming pool. Happiest part of staying at this hotel is that there is no charge for entertainment dues ($40 per night) charged in most hotels in Las Vegas. Also convenient parking space in the hotel.
Arrived late after flying in from Seattle. Room not clean. Door stuck and was hard to open. Dirty duvet cover on one of the beds ; we called for a new clean comforter and it was delivered quickly. The room really needs updated some and deep cleaned. The microwave was very loud and doesn’t seem to be working properly. My husband and another guest were stuck in an elevator that would not move luckily they were able to get out eventually by pushing buttons continuously and my husband took the stairs. If In the area I would go elsewhere. However the beds were comfortable and we slept ok.
I accidentally left a baby shower gift in my room safe after checking out of the hotel. The following day, I called the hotel and Jonathan went out of his way to locate it and return it to me. Jonathan is a professional and honest staff member at this establishment. There are still good people in this world! He really deserves employee of the month. Upon check in, a female staff member greeted us and promptly processed our check in and informed us of the free breakfast from 6:30-930am. The room was clean and had a mini refrigerator, 2 complimentary bottled water, mini microwave, and a coffee machine with 3 complimentary coffee pods. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not. The AC unit was louder than I expected. The excellent customer service really impressed me. The hotel would be great for a family. Parking is free.…
Nice hotel in a good location. For housekeeping we had to make several calls and it was done only on the 4th day of stay. Breakfast was good but it’s the same for the entire stay. Probably we’ll not consider this next time.
We used this hotel through the 'Dayuse' service, 10am -5pm, while we were waiting for our Flight departure. Lovely quiet pool. Lovely room with everything you'd expect. Really helpful staff. A brilliant idea.
This was our first trip to Las Vegas, NV. We were going to Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. This was a two-night stay. The location is convenient to McCarran Airport and the Vegas Strip. The hotel does not have a shuttle. We used Uber to get to the hotel and the next day to Enterprise rental, 5120 S Decatur Blvd. This car rental had a good price. The hotel clerk was wonderful about answering questions. Two delicious pizza places were recommended. We were able to make a phone order and the pizza was delivered. We appreciated the quick check in. The room met our needs. It was for mobility challenged and clean. Thanks to the clerk and the people who prepared the hot breakfast. I have to mention the good breakfast. Holiday Inn Express breakfast is one of the reasons we continue to stay in them when we travel. We would stay here again.…
We were in a king suite room 222. Large room with sofa, microwave and fridge. Sheets on bed were super soft. The bed sunk a bit in the middle and softer than I like but I still slept well. Shower was amazing, glass doors and no tub. Very clean. Great hot breakfast with omelets, sausage, cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, and the usual other breakfast items. The hotel is off by itself with nothing in walking distance. We had dinner at Dickeys a few miles away, which was very good. I had the philly sandwich and my husband a hamburger. $15 each, drinks run $7-$9. Would definately stay here again.
This hotel conveniently located and close to airport. Bed extremely comfortable. Man at front desk extremely helpful answering our questions. He also went out of his way to tell us he made fresh coffee and it was great. My gf travelled with me and expressed only complaint was the young man in the kitchen not wearing gloves when handling food or cleaning things from the tables. Every time we saw him he still wasn’t wearing gloves and with the pandemic this bothered her immensely and really needs to anonymously be addressed as we would love to stay here again. Thank you.
