Great accommodating service from the front desk. Nice relaxing concierge lounge on the 15th floor. That's where the positive ends. Rennasaince were luxury hotels once upon a time. Money has not been put back into the hotel. Rooms were safe and clean but rundown. Old outdated mismatch furniture, no fitted sheet, and several major rust spots in the shower. The...

Gerry H, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are very pleased to hear that our service was impeccable and was consistent throughout your stay. However, it is quite concerning the impression you received of our hotel design and feel. We are always looking to improve and can assure you your feedback has been shared with senior leadership to assess...

Located next to convention centre it's ideally placed to avoid busy traffic while shows are on, one downside is while shows are on they hire out parts of hotel so hotel guests can't use facilities that you would expect. Swimming pool hired out and seating in lobby taken over to sell food and drink.

IanCGuk, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we are pleased to hear the location was ideal we do want to apologize that you were unable to use our facilities. On occasion we do rent out our pool desk for events and as a result it may inconvenience some guests. It’s a rarity and we apologize...

A hip hotel conveniently located across the street from the Vegas Convention Center & 2 blocks off strip. It's a quick rail ride to main strip. A cool pool area that has ping pong tables. The hotel doesn't have a casino(nice) but it has a great restaurant/bar and cafe. A special thanks to Marjorie for her outstanding service.

There is no better place to stay when you're working at the LVCC. It's so lovely to walk to work each morning and home each evening and not have to fight the cab traffic. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and it's very convenient. The bar staff (aside from the bartenders who are great) is friendly but slow....

Service was impeccable, clean, well decorated. The pool area was awesome! There was a nice bar and restaurant and it was close to the monorail. The area was quiet and it was nice to be off strip away from the chaos. Would definitely return!!!

The hotel is average but it's location is all the value. Walking distance to the convention centre makes it a great base during events. The Starbucks inside is always a good meeting point although it always has a 15min queue (unless you are there before 8am). Internet access is expensive and not very fast

Anthony B, Thank you for sharing your recent experience. We are pleased to hear that the location and value exceeded your expectations. We do acknowledge that during heavy conventions our Starbucks can have longer than usual wait times. To combat this we have created a express kiosk for coffee near the Ego Café. This way if you are only looking...

The hotel was beautiful the staff was nice . The room was clean and cozy. I loved that the shower and the tub were separated. The only thing is they didn't have a microwave in the room to reheat food. But other than that we would go back again and also let others know.

Great Room, helpful and nice staff. You can not be any closer to the South Hall of LVCC. It is a short walk out front door to the center, 100 yds. Cabs are readily available for the city or airport. This is a busy hotel due to the location, so it may be a little noisy at night and on...

This hotel is in a great location. Close to the strip but not part of the mayhem. It is also right across a parking lot from the convention center. They have completed a remodel and the lobby, courtyard, and rooms all look great and are very relaxing. I especially love the courtyard with a pool, fire pit table, a shuffle...

There's a monorail stop next door at the convention center to get you onto the main drag. The hotel has no casino and seemed to have good clientele considering its location. I will stay here again next time I'm in Vegas although the concierge room was very poorly stocked and staffed.
