We were at the Red Rock for a wedding and it did not disappoint! Super friendly staff at every turn. From the front desk to the waiters and waitresses, housekeeping staff, and bartenders - all seemed to be incredibly happy to be working here and eager to please. The rooms are big and nicely appointed. Only thing missing is a coffee maker, which would have been nice and is usually a staple in any hotel room. The pool area is gorgeous and well maintained. The food in the restaurants is top notch and affordable. We loved the Lucky Penny for breakfast. We had a wonderful dinner with friends at T Bones. We watched an 80’s band in the Rocks bar on Friday. So much fun and it was free! It was so nice to be in Vegas without all of the noise and craziness of the strip. I highly recommend this resort!

This hotel was extremely expensive. $400/nite for our room over Labor Day Weekend. Our room was a queen double as we had 3 people staying, although towels were not supplied for 3 and we had to ask each day. We immediately noticed an odor when we entered our room which came from the carpet. The air circulation is very poor as it is located only on one corner of the room and aimed to blow only across that end of the room. No ventilation in the bathroom. For the price of the room you would think you would have a refrigerator and microwave but you don't. The only refrigerator was stocked with their items for sale and you were not allowed to use it for personal items. This meant you had to toss any leftover food from meals you purchased which were very expensive to begin with. At the pool, there were very few lounge chairs in the shade and no umbrellas available. It was over 100 each day so we could not spend much time there. Other than the pool, the only activity was gambling. The food courts also close early so the only option is one restaurant that is very limited in what you can order. Overall, I would rather be anywhere else than at this hotel or any of them in this area. Not very customer friendly at all.

Overall, our stay was decent. The Resort is very nice, but I agree with other reviewers about hidden costs and poor service (primarily in the pool area). I visited the pool twice during my stay. Pros: Nice pool area Cons: Day 1 visit to the pool: Unattended towel/check-in area. After walking to check whether there was a second location to obtain a towel from (there wasn't), I went back and had to go behind the counter and grab one myself (this felt awkward, as this was not a public area). Terrible service from the pool "Sand Bar" wait staff, both poolside and in-bar. There seemed to be plenty of staff on duty, but my area's waiter focused on the one cabana in use (it was a weekday mid-morning, hardly a rush period). No problem, I decided I'd walk to the bar to place my drink & food order. Despite multiple employees behind the bar and me being the only customer waiting, I was told "they'd be with me in a moment. I smiled and thanked them, but after 10 minutes that moment never came. I went and sat back down. Long story short, I spotted the waiter, on his way back from the sole cabana. After 2 attempts to get his attention ( to no avail), he finally acknowledged and I asked if he could take my order "when he has a moment". That moment never came, despite him walking back and forth from the area multiple times. My patience ran out. I decided I would not be placing an order. Day 2 visit to the pool was mixed, but overall better. I did encounter an attendant at the check-in/towel area and I received good service by a lovely waitress (I sat closer to the main pool on Day 2). Pool guests are not permitted to bring in any bottled water, outside food or even an empty hydro flask/bottle to fill with water in the pool area. This is a health hazard in 100+ degree heat. Other Vegas Hotels (ie: MGM resorts) offer blue-light filtered water refill stations and complimentary cold, bottled water to keep pool guests hydrated and safe. Red Rock does not advertise this, but upon my inquiry, I learned they offer a single water spigot (located on the bar), for guests to fill a cup of water. Had I not asked, I would not have known this. Very cheap of them (and dangerous)! Daily Housekeeping was good, except they were less than generous with the number of towels. Soap and TP was not replenished, so I had to track down a maid in the hallway to request more of both (only 1 bar of soap was provided, so we had to carry it from the sink to the shower each time:( Our WiFi access was shut off at 12:01 am on our checkout day (my husband was here for work, so this was very inconvenient). Could they not wait to turn it off at checkout time? We were still paying customers until 11am. There were a few other nits, but I've outlined the bigger issues. I typically leave positive reviews, but I was very disappointed in the overall lack of service and hospitality extended for the price paid for this room. We were not made to feel welcome at all.

We visited w/friends and walked out a winner. Also played BINGO but not so lucky there. Even though the electronic tablets have lots more ‘cards’ I don’t feel it’s worth the $73. Price. We didn’t stay at the hotel but certainly might in the future.

Fabulous Vegas resort off the strip! First class casino resort with fine dining options, excellent service from all employees, and very clean and updated luxury suites. We enjoyed ourselves again and think this resort is one of the best in the city. Pool side prices food and drink prices are very reasonable, service excellent too. Sira was fabulous! We enjoy the VIP treatment from the Signature Suite rooms. Will be back again soon Red Rock. Many thanks to Asst. Mgr. Keagy as well as Asst. Mgr. Sage Osborn. Very professional and customer driven.

My daughter booked a group for a 3 day weekend. Several rooms, and one suite. Things seemed to be a hit and miss at times, and upon check out, there is no one in the group department available, They don't work weekends. Seems to me that when you have groups like ours, and weddings, there should be at least one person available, plus someone to give you their clients a current statement. I had inquired about a shuttle to the strip and was told they did not offer a shuttle. When my daughter called for a shuttle, she was told the suites DO have a shuttle included in that rate. The day before we paid for the shuttle to the strip. I like the resort, pool was great, but they charged things to her account, that were for options she told them she would not cover! Having to get those adjusted was not fun and VERY TIME CONSUMING. We are Station gamblers and our host tried to get a comped room, NO GO. They didn't even comp her for a future stay!

I went prepared for rude staff – I read the recent reviews. My experience during my recent 5-day stay was completely different. Staff was welcoming and helpful (and fun). Shout outs to Alyandra (front desk); Marchelo (engineering); Nina (and all the housekeeping staff); Lucky Penny early morning staff; Thursday early morning Casino cashiers; lifeguards (including one who tended to stricken guest). Two not quite so positive comments: getting my room cleaned several days between 4-5:30 pm was not optimum and the ‘coming soon’ messages all around the Casino got old (I am here now). Tip: Even if you don’t bowl, check out the Lanes at night. What a [light] show! As you can see by the staff I interacted with, never a dull moment at Red Rocks -- that's why I always come back..

Lovely hotel to look at, terrible to stay at. So many hidden costs, and rude, rude people. This included the people at the front desk, the maids, & the concierge desk. The exception were the guys parking the cars.
