Honestly we would definitely stay at the OYO again. Great location. Great price. Decent enough room (bathroom needed updating) but overly we felt great staying here. Especially for the price. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. Seemed like a popular place but even too busy. We didn’t end up eating at the restaurant but next time we will try it for sure. Very close to the monorail and really not a fair walk to the strip.

I don't leave reviews often but this hotel deserves one. The staff was friendly and the bed was clean (as far as we could tell.) That's about all it had going for it. There were pills on the floor of our room when we arrived. All of the surfaces were covered in dust. The sink and tub took forever to drain. No fan in the bathroom so mold and mildew everywhere without the ability to open a window. The carpet was so dirty we didn't take our shoes off until we got in bed. Just find somewhere else to stay. After you pay the "resort fee" it's just not worth it!

OYO is inna great location and the slots pay out more than they take. So much fun! No poker tables, but just walk across the street for that. Understaffed, like every job everywhere but they were all super friendly and helpful, just expect wait times on room reqs and def upgrade your room if you want a fridge. 2 dollar bud lights at the steak n shake bar if you're on a budget and a great lounge. Elevators wonky on Bayside but ask staff and they'll give you the work around.

If the elevators would get fixed this would have gotten a slightly higher rating. Waiting up to and over 20mins for the one working elevator every time you wanted to go up or down from your room. Sometimes squished in with other guests and staff to avoid longer wait. (staff elevator was broken too). Family of 4 in one room, asked for 4 extra pillows, were told the best they could do was 2. Never had a hotel deny pillow request. LIVE COCKROACH in our room, chased out into the hall in went under another room door. Room smells like cheese and TV is broken. Unsafe windows that open all the way with no safety below. Cigarette butts in the window. Janky loud doors you need to slam to get closed. The staff was nice and helpful as they could be, and they waived our resort fees due to our complaints. I don't think I would stay at this hotel again and I would pay the few extra dollars to stay somewhere else. Thought we were getting a deal, but turns out it was cheap for a reason. So I made a pre arrival check in on a third party site for a set price and paid via the third party. I showed up at the hotel and proceeded to be told that there was still more charges that I was responsible for that the third party site didn’t charge me enough so after 15 mins of going back and forth they finally agreed to the price I paid that should of been warning enough for me too leave right there but obviously I stayed for my two nights. I go to the room and find that there are stains and blood on my sheets I call front desk and told there was nothing they could do unless I upgraded so I did I check into the other room and it wasn’t much better. I go to front desk and again nothing was resolved so I had to sleep with no bedding and the room wasn’t cleaned the entire stay and they charged my card three different times for what I have no clue I understand damage deposits but come on I will never recommend anyone to stay here…

3 night stay Nov 24-27. 15th floor. Very Fast check in. Friendly front desk staff who were very helpful and welcoming. Booked a premium strip view room months prior to trip, but upon check in they didn’t have strip view which I pre booked so that was a bit of a pain, so I took the pool view premium room. Which turned out to be great as the planes leaving and arriving entertained the family. Also had a decent view of the sphere and breathtaking scenery in the morning. - elevators were all working perfect -Room bathroom dated and needs upgrading, but other than that room had clean bed sheets and a clean room so that’s all that matters. -Location is perfect no complaints. Quick walk to the strip. -Casino is top notch, small and comfy with all the needs. cheap minimums on tables and super friendly and outgoing staff. Overall was a great experience. Thank you …

We had a good experience at OYO. We had a standard king room that was plenty big enough to spread out. Housekeeping was very friendly and attentive. We had a brief issue with some TV channels and engineering came to our room quickly, was very nice, polite, and resolved the issue quickly. Great service at Southside Eatery where she made it a point to have decaf made for my husband every morning during our stay. The Hooters All American Breakfast was wonderful and sustained us until dinner. Oh, and can't overlook the $5 Blackjack (1-3 tables depending on day/time) and 24/7 $1 Blackjack. Again, depending on day/time, be prepared to wait for an opening. Good value, smaller footprint property. Could use some cosmetic attention and updating. But we would stay again and spring for the Premium room for the Fridge, Microwave, and Coffee Maker. That would be our one complaint. First room we've ever stayed in Las Vegas where we didn't have a coffee maker in the room.…

Bad Internet service, TV didn't show major networks, and the water pressure in showers was weak. Had a great view from my room of the strip. The casino has some of best value on tables but it's hot as miss if you don't get to the tables before 3pm

My check in experience was terrible. The front desk manager Czarina, came out and I explained nicely what I was told about the incidental when I previously called, which was $200 and if I wanted to pay cash it would be $300. She basically called me a liar because she stated “all her employees know how much incidentals are.” So basically no one would’ve told me that. She proceeded to tell me she was not going to check me in unless I paid the $250. With straight attitude. As a front desk hotel manager at a corporate hotel, I was just very shocked. I paid the incidental of course. They assigned me my room and guess what??? As soon as I got up to my room, I couldn’t get in because the door was messed up. I went down stairs and asked for a room change because the door was messed up. Once I finally got the door opened it would not close. The front desk agent (Jessica) told me no, she couldn’t change my room. Huh?? Oh okay. She said we’ll send engineering up. Scratch all that. Let’s talk about this room they gave me. Raggedy!! The closet sliding doors was off track. Table was so stained and looked like it had burn mark. Very dusty. Stain on my pillow case and the toilet was dirty!!! It had butt crack marks on it. I was not about to even complain anymore. My second day was even worse. I asked for someone to come changed the light bulb that was out. Do you think anyone came?? I’m all about customer service and I did not get a friendly welcome not good service. I would never come back to this hotel nor recommend it. …
